They suck limited time 7-9???? Not lately could get in there for 3 days got run off at 6 in evening trying to get my stuff out and work to found place and can not get my stuff now it the end of month they want there money

My experience was exceptional. Dene was amazing! She was very friendly and professional. I have been bidding on storage units for about a year now and she was one of the nicest clerks I have encountered. My only suggestion, for Public Storage, would be to give a gate code to allow for a bit more flexibility in the pick up process. Many of the facilities that I have been to do that and it is very helpful.

I always forget my gate code so when Rachel told me about the app, I was excited. I will never loose my code again and the great thing is I can even enter the property without entering my code. I just open the app and push the open button and I'm in. I love the convenience that the app has to offer.

My mother rented a unit recently and the property manager Dene was very helpful and hands on she went out of her way to come out and help my mother. I would definitely recommend. This level of customer service is hard to come by.

Rachael was so kind and helpful. The property is tucked away which is nice because it's quiet and seems more secure for me. The units and property is always clean. I recommend this facility every time to people!
