My reservations were made about 2 weeks in advance. Booked for a truck which I pay extra for through my insurance. They were late almost 40 mins picking me up. No phone call to even let me know. The body shop called to check where they were. They come and get me in a mustang, no big deal. Get to the office. They tell me I'm getting the mustang or an altima. I said my insurance pays for a truck. I was booked for a truck, and confirmed this the day before and was told all was good. I was told you're not covered for a truck, so I started calling my insurance company, I was told wait...our mistake you are...but we don't have any. Can you take the car or a mini van.....no. I pay for a truck, I was booked for a truck , I want a truck. Had to come back the next morning to get the truck. Got the truck and had to get air in the front tire 3 times. I finally called and said hey this thing has a tire issue.. the tires were in bad shape...I was told to take it and get the tire changed.....it wouldn't cost me but take it to these shops....im like uhh what...you want me to take a vehicle and get it service for you? Not happening..this is nuts. Luckily the body shop expedited and had my truck ready that day....so they took the truck back for me. This isn't the first time I've used this location. This was the first time I've had this much trouble and issues. Not sure I'd use enterprise again after this...or this location at least. UPDATE: 15 June after the regional management team never contacted me, I was able to get corporate to contact me within 15 mins of my 4th call to Enterprise. Jim was awesome, very much concerned with my experience and went above and beyond to make this right the best way he could. Thanks Jim for reaching out to me and addressing these issue. I'll update my star rating after the July plans we discussed. I'm hoping this experience is much better! Thanks again.

Changing my review to one star. I have been trying to call for over 2 hours and cannot get anyone to answer. Y'all upgraded us to an SUV due to not having anything else in stock. Did not advise we would be charged over what our insurance covers. My contract DOES NOT say anything about charging me per day for the upgrade and nobody verbally stated that to us.

Very quick and easy process to get the car. Staff was very nice. After 3 days of having my rental, my tire had a blow out. I called the Enterprise in the city I was in. They told me to just bring it by abs they would trade out the vehicle. That was also quick and easy! Got me back on the road in no time. Would highly recommend in the future!!

The staff at the Anniston Alabama location are always nice, kind and professional. This was the third time renting from this location and I could not be more pleased. I rented a Toyota Corolla this time and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the car. I had no trouble with the car and was amazed with the gas mileage, 41.5 mpg average overall on a 2600 mile trip.

I would give then no stars the 2 rental places I went to I was told different prices n different requirements. Drive 2 hours to this location and was told that it would be amount get there the rental price went up n then deposit doubled.. nope never again will I reserve or rent a car from this place .. y'all crazy

I came in during the great rental car shortage of 2021. I had to delay when I wanted to pick up a vehicle but on the day it was promised, it was there. I was able to take care of the paperwork quickly but it took a while to bring the car up from the back.

During these uncertain times, we are fortunate to still have this service among the great diversity of favorite businesses in our bustling community! They are located on a very busy road with easy access/egress to/from service. If times become more trying, call them for an update on their current operating hours. Visitors are welcome! Our community is a great place to vist/live, play, shop, eat & sleep! There are plenty of neat attractions, great shopping, comfortable hotels & excellent restaurants prepared to accommodate, entertain and/or serve in the immediate area.

Great experience!!! Chelsea, checked me in and I received the vehicle that I asked for. Great conversation with all the ladies at the desk. I do not remember the woman name that I checked the car back in with, but great conversation as well. (She had dreads) Now.... Let me just say one more thing. If you call and they tell you they have no cars available, do not go to the office! People have booked vehicles in advance. Just because you see vehicle's on the lot, that means nothing. You do not have to call or go to the office with a whole attitude, because YOU waited till the last minute!! My family will be renting a car again from them on our next trip and I hope to see all the same ladies. I really missed the "Southern Hospitality" that is here in Alabama. I received all that and more when I turned the vehicle back in from the Lady with dreads (sorry I can't remember her name)
