The Workers are not helpful. I was looking for 1" poly pipes, couplings and clamps about 10 to 15 minutes. I've finally found someone to help me out and he said he doesn't work in the department and paged someone else for help, but nobody came at all.... Bad customer care management!!!!

Waited for 20mins on an aisle & requested 4-5 times to different people to come to help. The lady at self -checkout did try to help by announcing several times but no one showed up ! Very disappointing!

Garden area was really fun to shop. There were people to assist! Candice was the cashier she had such a great smile. There was a line however she didn't let it bring her down. She knew the merchandise and was very efficient. I really enjoyed my visit!

Amazingly incompetent store and online ordering system. Looked which store had my items in stock, and placed order for pickup, Lowes online system decided to change it to different store which is out of stock with unknown timing. went to purchase again in second store and then online service refused to honor my 10% discount code I used on first purchase. Avoid your self frustration and go to orange logo store, much better pickup experience than here....

Few weeks ago I witnessed a man who was of foreign decent call a young black man the N word because he wouldn’t fix his tool and tried to fight him. Went back in and asked to see him because of the way he handled the situation and found out he was fired. Companies are pathetic and I’ll never shop at this lowes ever again. This is why places do not keep good employees. I hope they have a lawsuit coming!

Racist companies should be closed. Fired a young black man and let customers just say what they want. Instead of banning the customer they fired the poor young man. Protect your people!!! Do not support this location or company at this point. Another manager stood there and laughed.

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Total waste of time. Try to find palm trees for my daughter's big wedding event and they had some that were all mixed together with other ones I was searching for a specific prices ones as shown online and they REFUSED to match their own product price. I'll stick to Home Depot!!!!

Waited in vain for help in plumbing isle. Even though a sales assistant phoned in no one came. Pushed button for help on notifier. Found it funny how they have a security camera but no one to help when you have a leaking faucet at home

Definitely would go back. They have high quality kitchen table sets for very reasonable. And the shipping supervisor she actually contacted me to let me know what was going on and when I could pick up my order and then when it was processed and ready she personally called me very nice touch. Would definitely recommend this product very nice table set for a great price. Went to gardner-white's because I bought my front room set there my bed. And the price difference with this exact set was over $250. Really happy with my purchase through Lowe's and I will actually be buying my outdoor sectional from Lowe's.
