i took 5 painting containers when i go to store again to exchange them they said i can't even exchange them and on there receipt it says i can exchange them or refund and i even ask the worker about the refund or exchange they said yes i can exchange them or refund them .

Worst service ever in a long time! So yesterday March 13th I went to this store @ 16Mile and Dequindre around 6:15 - 6:20 PM. The cashier was informing everyone that is in line or getting in the store that if they need paint she will not be helping them as she has a lot to do and they close at 7PM! I work in customer service as well and if I like it or NOT, anyone that stops by before we close we have to help them. C'mon it was 40 minutes not 5 minutes before close time!!!

This store helped me fix my colors after the other Sherwin williams store was disrespectful I want to rescind this review. The people at this sherwin William's paint store were the ones who tried to fix the paint color for me. The store that has rude managers at is 13740 E 14 mile Warren Mi Dont trust the mixing machine they didnot get the colors right and manager rude.

Clean store and great displays! Store was extremely busy for a Saturday morning. Only 3 associates working, but each one knew what the others were doing. They worked great together and got customers out the door very quickly. One guy was even loading products in customer vehicles! They go above and beyond here. I will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends!!!

Service and products are amazing. Always helpful, even when just stopping in and asking a question, helping select colors and how to do a specific project. I usually shop I the Sterling Heights store on 16 mile near Dequinder, but have been to several and have had the same experience with all of them.
