Went to look for zero turn mowers at home depot on Wisner Street in Jackson, Michigan found a zero turn that we liked, price was right for us, but apparently when we were getting ready to purchase the mower, the manager said that the price was wrong on the sign, and the right sign was set aside next to the building. So not only did they use false advertising to bring in customers in, there was no accountability on Home Depot's end. Last day as a valued customer. Very disappointed with Home Depot, you just lost 2 valued customers !!!! Plus they don't honor veteran discounts .

Overall, I give them a 4 because they were a bit rude, but still helped me with redoing my carpet. It's slightly more expensive than others but it is good quality. Thank you for reading.

This place is awful!!!! I ordered a dishwasher, wash machine and dryer. Delivery was scheduled for 5/12/22. No call no show. Called and was told the dishwasher that was supposed to be in stock was on back order. Cancelled the dishwasher and got one same day from Menards. The new delivery was for 5/19/22 for the washer and dryer. They delivered only to find out when I went to install the dryer 2 days later it was broke. Home Depot said it was outside the 48 hour delivery window and I'd have to call Samsung. Called Samsung and they took several more days to call me back to schedule another call with the repair people. It is now 6/5/22 and no repair people. Can't get them to the house until 6/7/22. Also when the repair people called to schedule they did a video call to hear the problem. They actually ordered parts according to the sound it made. If the parts they need weren't ordered or on the van they will have to reschedule and come back out. This has been THE worst experience. DO NOT GET appliances at any Home Depot. They don't carry them at the stores and there delivery people are contracted out.

They do not care about disabled customers,I asked for help loading,the cashier told me to pull my vehicle up and they would be right out to load up,5 bags of mulch,2 40lb bags of top soil. 20 minutes later no has come,I go grab my cart and the cashier just looks at me and smiles!! This will be the LAST TIME MY WHOLE FAMILY SHOPS AT HOME DEPOT!!!

I work for a plumbing company and have to freewheels the this place but it’s very difficult to pick up my water heaters , first I have to wait in line for 15 min, then they always tell me they have to go pick it, s which takes another 15 min, so I’ll go get supplies, pay for them, and come back and wait another 15 min at least for someone to come back with my heater and you don’t even want to know how long it takes if they need a forklift, you are looking at over an hour to pick up something that should be waiting for me up front. This store is particularly slow and they look at me with distrust and question me even though we are always here doing the same thing. Every day. Time is money in my job and I get paid by the job not waiting around for slow employees with no sense of urgency. I sit here losing money and making my day longer because of what I perceive as general laziness and just not caring about their customers. The Grand Rapids stores are always on their game. I am waiting for a heater now and have been for 45 min now I shouldn’t have had time to type this. I’m a pro member, and this is unacceptable to happen occasionally not every freaking time

My shopping experience there was better than Lowe's or any other place hands down stay up his knowledge of where everything's at and can get it located for you in a hurry if you can't find it I love Michigan Home Depot

I ordered carpet from the Home Depot using our military discount. The carpet came in amd we were so excited to get it installed as we had remodeled our living room. Home Depot hires a contractor to install their carpet sales, in the Jackson Michigan area, the Installer company is CFI out of Detroit. After 6 weeks, Two installers from CFI came to install the carpet. They arrived around 1500. The lead tech said he could not install the carpet because the fireplace contractor did not shave off the excess cement board that was under the 4 slates of tile. He said he did not want to be liable if he chipped the slat. I told him I would do it as I did not want to have another date for install. However, he attempted and was able to score half of it off. Then he said he had been at my home half an hour already and he did not want to score the rest along with telling me and my sister that he had an hour and a half drive back to Detroit. I told him that I had waited a long time for my installation and I wasn’t going to wait another month to get my carpet in. He said “sorry ladies” and left. I then called Home Depot where I purchased my carpet and then called their headquarters in Atlanta, made a complaint and received a complaint case number as the installers seemed a bit off in the first place. I then called Rosa, the coordinator of CFI and she was surprised with the behavior or her carpet installers. In between these calls, it only took me about 8 minutes to score the rest of the cement board which I took a picture of and sent Rosa the picture at her request. Rosa called me back within an hour and said the installers would be at my home the next day between the hours of 0800 and 1200. They did show up but not until 1600. A terrible experience with the Home Depot as they did not provide any help as they want to sell a product and hire a contractor for their customers so if something g goes wrong they can refer customers to the subpar companies they hire for installs. All of Home Depot customers deserve better. I will not be shopping at HD again. Attaching pictures of the fireplace with the cement board and me scoring and removing it.

I bought a washer and dryer from Rod in appliances..He was professional and helpful.We made some changes like having both doors open the same way.Since they are stackable.also it was supposed to be delivered with installation.The folks that brought them were awful at there job.they couldn't install properly because they didn't have a vent for dryer and hoses were to short for washer and the front doors were opposite of one another and they left with my new washer and dryer sitting in the middle of my basement. I had to go and get my parts myself and complete installation. I'm not going to buy anything else that needs installation from Home Depot again . unfortunately because until this time I liked Home depot.
