Extremely poor customer service. I've been trying to get ahold of someone for the last half hour of so. First time I called, a woman named Kim answered. She told me she was helping another customer, so I could either be put on hold or transferred to customer service. I said either way was fine. So, she transferred me to the automated banking system , which is absolutely useless for what I needed. I hung up, called again. Sat on hold 10 minutes, then they dropped my call. Called again, 3 minutes in they drop my call. Called again, and after another 3 or 4 minutes I gave up. I called my hometown branch in Mount Pleasant, within 20 seconds my call was answered and I was assisted. ~Tiana
