Went to look for zero turn mowers at home depot on Wisner Street in Jackson, Michigan found a zero turn that we liked, price was right for us, but apparently when we were getting ready to purchase the mower, the manager said that the price was wrong on the sign, and the right sign was set aside next to the building. So not only did they use false advertising to bring in customers in, there was no accountability on Home Depot's end. Last day as a valued customer. Very disappointed with Home Depot, you just lost 2 valued customers !!!! Plus they don't honor veteran discounts . ~Kelley

I was there last Sunday to pick up supplies to redo siding on my house. I wasn't aware that they don't have people to help unfortunately 😕 But 1 employee went above and beyond for me and his name is Skip, he was really great at making sure I left with everything on my list ( I almost forgot something) he pointed it out and was sure I hadn't grabbed it yet. The staff were all very pleasant people. I never felt uncomfortable in any way. Very good at communicating procedures and prices. I'm normally very nervous at the dentist but after meeting the staff I knew I had made the right choice for my dental needs. ~Daryl

The staff is usually very helpful but there are times I think there just overwhelmed with all the stocking. There is so much at times you can't get down the isles. The store is always clean. And the prices are great . I do have an issue about the id when you make a 60+ yr old woman put her drink back! Really ? SMH ~Lillie

Extremely poor customer service. I've been trying to get ahold of someone for the last half hour of so. First time I called, a woman named Kim answered. She told me she was helping another customer, so I could either be put on hold or transferred to customer service. I said either way was fine. So, she transferred me to the automated banking system , which is absolutely useless for what I needed. I hung up, called again. Sat on hold 10 minutes, then they dropped my call. Called again, 3 minutes in they drop my call. Called again, and after another 3 or 4 minutes I gave up. I called my hometown branch in Mount Pleasant, within 20 seconds my call was answered and I was assisted. ~Tiana
