Extremely poor customer service. I've been trying to get ahold of someone for the last half hour of so. First time I called, a woman named Kim answered. She told me she was helping another customer, so I could either be put on hold or transferred to customer service. I said either way was fine. So, she transferred me to the automated banking system , which is absolutely useless for what I needed. I hung up, called again. Sat on hold 10 minutes, then they dropped my call. Called again, 3 minutes in they drop my call. Called again, and after another 3 or 4 minutes I gave up. I called my hometown branch in Mount Pleasant, within 20 seconds my call was answered and I was assisted.

Every time I have to come in, Liam is an absolute joy to speak with. Honestly, he's the only teller I've encountered in awhile that has been SUCH a nice person.

Why are the people that work here so rude? This is the second time I've been in the branch since I moved down here with problem solving situations. Both times they just told me they couldn't help me, once with figuring out how I can get some change from my bank. So unhelpful, then today after I was almost all the way out dude yelled have a nice day. Clearly to be a jerk. All I said was I have to find a different bank to get change from for my job..... Personally I will never bank with this bank again.

Not sure why those other people had problems with the manager. Anytime I’ve had a question, he’s been pleasant to deal with. Everyone in the branch is friendly and courteous. I’ve banked with PNC for many years and have never had a problem.

Pnc bank is ok I’ve enjoyed my time with them and the customer service is usually good. I will say one thing about a particular policy that just doesn’t sit right with me. I have my direct deposit with Pnc and deposit between 3,000 and 5,200 a month. I always pay my credit card on time but yet I can’t cash a check unless my account balance matches or exceed the check amount. I could understand if I wasn’t an account holder and was just walking in off the street trying to cash a check and I’m not speaking of a two party check or some random check. For example today I deposit a 7,000 plus dollar check and then wanted to cash my state income refund check but couldn’t do so because I only had 400.00 dollars in my account and the 7,000 dollar check hadn’t cleared yet. It’s very frustrating and absolutely ridiculous that I can’t cash a check from the state treasury it’s very demeaning to customers , this is a horrible policy and needs to be changed.

I just want to say that William helped me out tremendously on this chaotic monday morning, he was a huge help for me and my family and was very understanding about my situation and went above and beyond for me. I cannot say thank you enough to gentlemen and his great managing skills. Very friendly to myself and my two children that I had with me. I love this bank and their service that they give. Thank you again William for everything that you did.

The manager was rude and demeaning. She dismissed my request for information on my account. I am a senior and she gave me the single worst bank experience EVER!!!

Whether on phone or in person this place has the best customer service we've experienced. Through setting up accounts, starting credit cards, buying a house, and purchasing a car, this branch has been with us through everything and we couldn't be happier with how we've been treated.

I have been to many Pnc branches and never received Poor service like I have in Jackson. The manager William is a scam artist, he will do anything to tell you what you want to hear and then say the exact opposite up his chain of command. He refused me his manager and refused to help me with an issue that was shellys ( The assistant managers) fault. I have been a PNC member for over five years and always had decent service from several other branches. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH. And Pnc please do something with your management at this branch.
