I will never use this walgreens ever again the girl that was working the cash register in the pharmacy was so rude my medicine wasn't even filled no counting needed my medicine came prefilled I'm dealing with multiple brain tumors and this girl had my head throbbing my blood pumping all I could do was walk out when she told me it was going to take 30 minutes or longer for my medicine that I dropped off 2 days before so for the people who read this avoid that place like its the pleg!

Every time I come to this Walgreens I am told it’s going to be an hour and a half to two hours to wait for my medicine. The past two times I got here at 9:00 on the dot. The first person standing in line when they opened and I was still told it was going to be this long. I live i a rural area pretty far away so it’s not really easy for me to just come back so I have to wait. It’s like they don’t want you to wait. The last time the actually made me wait an hour and a half and I counted 8 people came in to DROP OFF or PICK UP. I sat right there in front of the window. We shall see how long they make me wait this time. By the way, my medicine is literally a box that they just have to put in a bag. No counting involved 🙄

I love my Slidell East Walgreens, I have always had great service both with the cashiers in the store and the Pharmacy. Ben and Paula in the Pharmacy are awesome! Keep up the good work in our ever changing world, your doing a great job!

This is not directed to the pharmacy, but to the poor management that was in the store this afternoon. With an arm load of merchandise, I was behind a young high schooler who was attempting to pay, but the cashier was having trouble with the transaction. She paged for help and the manager, Ryan strolled up. He was very snippy with the cashier and rolled his eyes as he was walking away. She proceeded to ring the kid up. Again, she has trouble with the transaction. So not once, twice, but three times the manager was paged to the front and he never came. So after about twenty minutes later of just standing there waiting for someone to help this cashier out after she had repeatedly paged for a manager, I left. I sure hope the rest of the managers don't treat their employees' questions like a waste of time and react in the most unprofessional manner. This will be my last visit at this Walgreens.

This store is horrible. I went in to get a few things went to the register and waited and waited no body help me. So I push my cart to the side and walk out.
