Just left..the cashier made it VERY clear she did not want to be working this holiday weekend and just after she dumped 2 pairs of sunglasses along with a big bag of dog treats in our bag I realized I was over charged for a plant.She called her supervisor over who spent the next ten minutes trying to get the plant dept on the phone .Despite my bad back I offered to walk back to show her the sales signs.She declined after several more minutes of their obvious displeasure I walked out.They care nothing about happy satisfied customers.i won't go back

Gal in paint could of offered to look on computer to see if my product was somewhere in the store. She suggested other departments. When I went there that gal offered to type and search all departments and ended goose chase. So it was going to be a 3 Star but the one girl helped so now a 4 star.

I was there last Sunday to pick up supplies to redo siding on my house. I wasn't aware that they don't have people to help unfortunately 😕 But 1 employee went above and beyond for me and his name is Skip, he was really great at making sure I left with everything on my list ( I almost forgot something) he pointed it out and was sure I hadn't grabbed it yet. Thanks again Skip for all your help!

The associates were helpful when asked questions and shelves were stocked. Masks are no longer mandatory. I was able to get in and out in minutes. Got to love that everything is 11% off!

Bought 20, 2x6 x12 went out in the yard to get them. They had a green mold on them. A Hilo came around I asked him to set down a new pallet, he would not. When in and got my money back. Very Very disappointed.

You have an employee named Skip that went above and beyond this morning to help us load siding today and helped us find everything we needed you need more employees like him he was awesome and we appreciated all his help

Easy to find what I needed. Register had issues and waited an extra 10 minutes for the computer to reboot. I was in no hurry but the cashier made no attempt to alert any customers of the situation until someone else came to see what was happening.

We were looking for large patio blocks and found them. Only QR code available for pricing. We do not carry phones with us and do not like this method of pricing. We will buy them elsewhere. We usually shop Menards a couple of times a week.

Their online inventory is extremely bad. I have now ordered atleast twice for pickup, been charged only to get there to find out they didn't have the product or as many as needed. Then they can never tell you when it will come in or the employee are to lazy to check. If your request a refund you are waiting a week to get your money back. This company could go out of business and the world might know peace again.

I have to say that my experience today was terrible. I had to return 2 defective items and by the last item I needed to return it was 5 minutes after close. There were still 20+ cars in the parking lot. (not including the employees cars) I ran up to the door and the employee was standing at the door to tell me they were closed. I explained how I would be in and out and only needed to exchange a defective item. He said he could ask his manager. He did not explain I would only a minute or two and then in and out, and the manager said I would have to come back tomorrow. I told the young man I would never be back and he turned his back on me. This is the last time I will ever visit Menards or spend my money there.
