I went in looking to set up a business profile. I asked Someone in appliances and they went way above and beyond. They set it up for me and went over every detail for about 20 minutes. I was very pleased. I didn't realize she was the store manager until about half way through, she was excellent!

I ordered a new door and installation. The employee who helped with the order focused on every detail, things that I hadn’t thought of. The door arrived sooner than promised, and it is beautiful. The installer did an outstanding and professional job. I highly recommend Lowe’s and will use them for future projects.

I was so impressed by a young man named Nathan in the home and garden section of your store. I wanted to get Glade air fresheners and he went out of his way to make sure it was in stock and then told me it will be in cart at courtesy desk. Very pleasant, cheerful and respectful addition to your store. I will be shopping more at Lowes because of the way he took care of me. Thank You so much!

The one redeeming factor for this lowes is their PRO desk. Those people are amazing. So it’s not even worth going to this lowes after 4pm.

Did not have what I needed nor could I get and help with a question. Lowes is my least favorite place. I have not been there in over two years do to there poor service and before that I had not been there in over 20 years do not getting any help to load my dry wall. They called three times to get me help in an hour time frame so I ended up loading it my self. And two years ago I purchased a washer they said it would be in on Tuesday and I needed to call Tuesday morning and they would have it up front. I called at 8 am and when I got there at 3:30pm it still was not. Up front and I had to wait an hour and a half. The manger was very rude about. I will not go back. I use home depot where they are very friendly and very helpful. My friends and family do the same.

Good overall but it's sometimes difficult to find help. When you can, they are kind and professional. You can tell the employees are truly trying their best but sometimes they just don't have enough staff. I'll certainly still shop there! 😀

Went there looking for shiplat for my basement project. They had a great selection. I was in and out in no time. The 10% discount for being a veteran is a bonus. Great company and store.

Scheduled delivery for between 8am-12pm. Received phone call at 8:20am that my delivery window time has changed to between 2pm-3pm. They arrive at 7pm and the stove is damaged. Then they leave some of the wrapping behind in yard. Very unprofessional. Called customer service and made a complaint and I said I will not be having anything delivered from Lowes and the customer service guy says "you should be careful". I said excuse me amd he stated again "you should be careful" as they delivery for everyone from home depot, menards, Walmart, Amazon, etc... I told him I would stick to my no delivery of items and pick them up myself. This happened to be a donation for our club and was paid for with the installation.

Huge store that needs more people on the floor helping customers. I usually walk up and down the aisles a few times before checking out. Usually by that time a plain clothed loss prevention officer is close by pretending to look at everything on the shelves until I make it to the register.. like I wanted to be cluelessly looking at every item in the store while simply coming in for some steel wool and rags.

I go here to get succulents. Sometimes, I find leaves and they let me take them if I ask first. I love that I can score leaves here to propagate. Their plants are reasonably priced and they are a nice size.
