I got my hair colored and did keratin it was horrible. My hair looked the exact same was very frizzy and the color begin to fade within 2 weeks. Don’t recommend Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

I love Hektor! He's been cutting and coloring mine and my mom's hair for 20 years, since I was a kid!! He still does; I was just there a few weeks ago. And my mom, she's picky! So this says a lot.. We plan to continue going to Hektor for all our hair needs!!

I went there once and had an ok experience but wasn’t blown away. I went the other day with my 2 daughters and I have so many complaints but my biggest is that when I got my receipt I was charged for services I didn’t even get! They charged me for a cut and style for my daughter and her hair did not look like it was done at a salon. Great Clips would have styled it better! I did not get my hair cut at all because the lady ran out of time but they charged me for a dye and cut. Normally when I leave I feel good and like I saved a ton of money but not that day. I wish I could remember my stylists name, but I had a wonderful experience. I got a trim and blowout and my hair looks amazing!!! Oh and a wax and it was all under 50, great service and great deal!

I didn't use the salon I went there to pick up an item I bought and so far it's been very difficult but now I know that laying 49 or 50 gets me to the right door it's taken me 3 tries and they were added some cashier staff and they did a pretty good job get me in-and-out of their last time so I'm probably going to do some more business with them as far as package pick up I don't need anything else they have

The salon does not have a price list available where clients can see what their services charge for a hairstyle. So hairstylists are able to walk you to the cashier afterwards and blindly charge what they want. I asked for one thing got something other than what I asked for and was overcharged. That's not good business nor is it professional! I would not recommend this place especially if you're African American.
