Friendly staff that are pros at what they do! Old phone turned into an expensive paper weight and I was able to get on a new plan with a new phone in about 30-45 min. Not bad for a first time visit!

The goal of my visit was to swap from a different cell phone carrier and start a new line with AT&T. I was immediately helped and the employee was efficient, patient, and friendly throughout the entire visit. He upsold me but was not pushy about it at all. I was educated on all of my options and left the store with great new products for a very fair price. Now I have 5G where I used to not have any service. I highly recommend switching to AT&T!

I walked in basically I opened the door and there was a employee waiting to have someone in need I asked where I can make the payment I did it literally within about 3 minutes I was ready to walk out hit by me on some stuff that he knows that I was capable of getting which was out of his need to do that he just felt like he needed to help me because of the situation I'm in that I'm proud of AT&t what a store top of the line company I do believe they having trouble though I bought my phone through a preacher and a church cuz they decided I needed one because when I fall down sometimes I can't get back up so they provide me a phone we went to the local place where I got it purchased it through AT&t is the service state is $75 a month I got a bill says $75 a month so far the bills that keep coming in are way way way over that other than that you know they got to stick to the plan what people sign and you know what they try to sell that's up I was advertisement I'm sure they're not up to that they're just not aware that I got a contract saying 75 only thank you

Called yesterday 8/19 about switching service an had a really nice guy tell me about comparison prices. So I set up an appointment. I get there at my appointment time an the reps are helping customers not a big deal. So I wait an wait an wait. After an hour of just kicking it in limbo cause they are in the zone about helping their customs again good stuff. But when I finally do get help I’m a little miffed cause I don’t even have time to talk now. I have to leave cause it’s an hour past when I thought I would be. So then I talk to a manager on the phone about my experience an wanting to set up another appointment. He puts me on hold for 6 mins while he confirms what I’ve said. Which he does an agrees it’s not a good look. An when I’m asking how their appointments work he explains they are just a formality. That even if you make an appointment if someone walks in before you they will be serviced. So if you make an appointment cause you think you are short on time don’t come to Decatur. Short staffed. An their managers are “only there to handle issues”

I went to the store hoping they could help me with a problem. When my circle of friends called they could not hear me or said my phone was making a terrible sound, so we would hang up and try again some time that would ld work and sometimes not. This had been happening for a while and I was not ready to get another phone at this point. So the technician ram a check on my phone and felt like it may be the SIM card so he put in a new one and now it works great!! Thank you AT&T you have the best employees!!!

My phone was on it's last legs and I really needed an upgrade but didn't want to spend too much. Laura was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me pick just the right one and get me set up before I left the store. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I was dreading having to go phone shopping but they made it so easy and pleasant. This location is definitely getting it right.

I went to upgrade my phone. 1st they told me I wasn't authorized on the account but my 2 20 year old children were and my husband has added me to the account twice already. So my husband had to drop what he was doing to come to the store to authorize me to upgrade the phone. 2nd, somehow our account became locked and wouldn't allow the associate get into our account. He called and after we stood around for an hour and my husband called customer service himself, NO ONE could unlock the account. After being in the store for 2 1/2 hours we left, couldn't find the associate, and without a phone. Very frustrated!!!!

My son got me a phone that would not work. They didn't tell him when he left the store. He didn't get help from anyone! He went back the next day. They were rude, disrespected and never did fix the problem! The manager was just hateful! I would not ever recommend this store to anyone for any reason! The manager tries to intimidate his customers! Not every one is afraid of him. You don't treat customers like that at any time, for any reason.

I recently came into the store to manage some things on my plan and had the best sales representative to help me get what I need figured out! His name was John from the Decatur, Al branch! He got everything worked out in a Fast manner and was so kind walking me through the process! The manager was also great! I believe his name was Austin! Couldn’t have been more satisfied!

Me and my wife went to this location for a new iPhone upgrade. Micheal was the gentleman who helped us through the whole process. We were there for a few hours and he made the whole process easy. He also showed us how to work our new phones and to transfer stuff from one phone to another. We came back a couple of days later to get a phone with more gig space and Austin one of the managers made that whole process easy for us as well! Would recommend for anyone to see one of those two! Hands down the BEST ATT store because of the help of Jamal. I am upgrading my iPad and he spent time on the phone with me explaining the differences because they do not keep many in stock. He answered all of my questions and never rushed me. The most important thing was his honesty!! Very impressive!

I came into the store to get access to an iPhone that was on my account since I left my other phone out of state and Hannah at the Decatur store showed me how to get information from my other phone that i don't have access to that I needed. She was super helpful and I was finally able to get my phone number. It was by far the best customer service I have ever had going into the AT&T store.
