Tyler did a great job of getting us in and out. I knew that it would take at least an hour to buy a new phone. Luckily I got in before they got busy. Getting the right phone at the right price took most of the time, followed by the transfer of data from my old phone to the new phone.

Desperate times are these where we are often taken advantage of by corporations, BUT NOT TODAY!!! It was an incredible life changing moment meeting Tyler and being helped by the single most gracious stranger to ever bless the inside of a T-Mobile building. I was only disheartened by the fact he was not management. He helped in every way possible and our visit could not have been closer to nirvana without seeing the Buddha with our very own eyes. Blessed days are these indeed.

God forbid you have to call customer service or an online representative. What I thought to be a simple question (upgrade charge on my bank statement said recurring so wanted to be sure it was a one time charge) turned into over an hour long ordeal and still wasn't resolved. Upon going in store and upgrading 3 phones to the IPhone 13 Pro Max, 2 blue and one black (all on back order) and surprisingly arrived before Christmas instead of the end of January. I received 1 blue IPhone 13 Pro Max, 1 white IPhone 13 Pro Max and a white IPhone 13. I was willing to settle for the wrong colors, but certainly not the wrong phone. So after multiple calls to customer service, I was sent a blue IPhone 13 Pro Max. Cannot find out what I'm supposed to do with the incorrect phone that should be returned plus cannot get a single thing to transfer over from previous IPhone. Customer service current wait time is one and a half hours. So yet again, I have to drive a total of an hour to a store and wait who knows how long. I am beyond livid.

AT&T is too big for their britches. After realizing AT&T has been over charging me for years including home internet (DSL) which they call U-verse, sketchy 6 Mbps with a 1gig cap for $59.99 + overages comes out to almost $100.00 month. 5 lines with unlimited service for each device was $350.00 a month, I would have been happy to see $100.00 less. Hopefully T-Mobile will keep their customers happy. Thank you!

The customer service is awful awful awful. They will ignore you if you "only" come to pay your bill. Ive told them that I'm looking for a new phone so that they will take car of me faster. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because Tyler Hansen is the only one worth talking to in this business.

I wanted to upgrade to an Unlimited Business plan. Simple enough. But the rep I was "assisted" by, Jessica, was extremely rude. Even laughed when I said I also wanted to upgrade my phone and pay it off in full so I would just be paying for the service as if I couldn't afford it. Needless to say I don't feel comfortable paying for a phone service that employs such an individual and will be changing carriers.
