Friendly staff. Cashiers are getting better at tending to customers. Used to be hard to find & long wait periods. Semi organized, clean. Booths for vaccination. Wait time was 10-15 minutes.

Took 3 films in of my grandchildren. Told they would call when ready. Went by a month later. Told nothing yet and that they would call. Went back after a couple months, told to check back. I waited for a call. Nothing. Its been a year. I went by and told by the manager nothing in file and no film or pictures. I called main office and was told sorry, after 45 days they weren't responsible. Pictures of my grandchildren gone!!!! My family and myself will never dirty the soles of our shoes in another cvs pharmacy and I'm telling everyone I know!

Very rude and condescending- pharmacy manager hung up on me and when I called to complain about her attitude, the store manager “Tina” was just as rude and belittling . Very unprofessional- I will call the 1-800 number tomorrow and will never shop at CVS again.

Please take your MULTIPLE one star reviews seriously!! Your service is NON EXISTANT. Not to mention the MISINFORMATION i was given. Not just once twice or even three times. FOUR TIMES! The customer service is terrible.

One of the WORST pharmacies without a doubt that I have ever been to.. I know especially during COVID that their jobs are extremely hard but it shouldn’t excuse a pharmacist to treat someone the way this woman did… I had a few questions about a new medication and I asked the female pharmacist here; she would never tell me her name, she said she didn’t have to tell me.. She was the most miserable, mean spirited person I have ever spoke with.. She acted like I was bothering her for asking my questions and when she would answer them she made me feel like I was so stupid.. BTW it’s their job as pharmacists to answer any questions we have, so I called and asked for the head pharmacist Art and let him know what was going on and he assured me it wouldn’t happen again, but just how she made me feel I knew I wouldn’t be back… Listening to some of my coworkers and friends who have also left there bc of this certain women, it is clear that this pharmacy is one you should consider twice before coming too not only bc of their attitudes but the lack of leadership in resolving a problem..

I dropped off a package to be returned to Amazon and was asked would I like a receipt. After telling the associate yes he said it would be emailed to me within about an hour. Two days later and a call to the store manager I still never received an email. It was not wise on my part to leave a package without any receipt or proof of doing so. You would expect a designated UPS drop point to be professional and technologically advanced enough to scan the shipping label and provide a receipt on the spot.

The pharmacy department is a joke. From associates giving you an attitude when you have concerns about your medication to pharmacy staff telling you one thing on the phone then another in person, it's just an overall terrible experience. I'll be visiting a different pharmacy from now on.
