I been to many locations of their to buy the makeup but the only in Decatur Al is my fav I will use that store from now on I could tell the base makeup and mascara was new not got old from sitting on the shelf plus it's a beautiful building they do hair other things inside the building too... 💜 ~mandy

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The car I had reserved was not available when I got there so I received a vehicle upgrade to a Chrysler Pacifica Van for the same price! Drove all the way down to Florida and back! It was very roomy and comfortable! No complaints other than the navigation system needing to be updated! Will definitely rent again in the future! ~Nina

They have a good selection of hair and wigs but the lady that works there guessing she's one of the owners she had an attitude cause my mom wanted to try on a few wigs before she bought one, so after the third wig she was getting mad! ~Amber

The staff is extremely uneducated and unprofessional. I was shopping with my service dog and a staff member harassed me telling me she is required to be on leash. Per the Americans with disabilities act my service dog is allowed to be off leash if her task or my disability require it. I tried to politely educate the staff and I even offered to show her the Americans with disabilities act. She just yelled at me that it is private property, when it is actually open to the public, and therefore falls under the ADA. ~Emily

We had to purchase several pieces of furniture and had gone to several stores before landing at Babcock. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. Victoria also let us know that by coming back on a different day we could get an additional 10% off because of an upcoming sale.
