Not sure why a lot of Walmart stores decided to close over 90% of their registers only to have us self check out. That means we’re doing their job. Open up more registers. Those self check out lines are a big much sometimes.

every time i order from wal mart, whether it be delivery or pick up or even going inside. they never have anything. i cant go pick up the items this time. my car is overheating. but everytime i have had to, the said item would be in stock. then wait until the last minute to shop for anything before making sunstitutions before making one so you cant choose whether or not to get substitutions. this is the worst wal mart ever. guess what, my order is delayed, again.

We decided to celebrate everyone's birthday at 1 time. I went to Wal Mart to the bakery to pick out a cake. I found the perfect one. They even made it personalized for the occasion. Wal Mart is my go to to for grocery shopping.

I don't know if it's a lack of employees or what. I placed a pickup order, it got delayed until the next day. Called to verify, they said I could still pick it up. I get there and an employee tells me they can't find my order. I request a refund, then thought maybe a delivery order would work better. Three hours past the delivery time they started preparing my order. At 11 pm it was completed. I checked back this morning and it's been delayed again for hours now. It's pretty hard to shop with a screaming baby so the convenience would have been greatly appreciated.

Elizabeth in the deli department is THE only reason I still shop at this location. She is so friendly, always smiling, and never complains when I ask her to shave multiple types of deli meats. She deserves a raise! Management though...they can be quite rude by my experience.

Walmart pickup here is AWFUL!!!! Don’t waste your time trying to pickup here! I never see an employee bringing anything out. My husband and I sat here for almost an hour waiting and only one store associate came out with one item during that time (no scanner or nothing in hand.) ALL of their pickup spots were full. There were several people that pulled away in our time sitting there. We have tried pickup here several times and regret it every single time!! Never again!

The staff is extremely uneducated and unprofessional. I was shopping with my service dog and a staff member harassed me telling me she is required to be on leash. Per the Americans with disabilities act my service dog is allowed to be off leash if her task or my disability require it. I tried to politely educate the staff and I even offered to show her the Americans with disabilities act. She just yelled at me that it is private property, when it is actually open to the public, and therefore falls under the ADA.

I wasn't able to post Sunday before memorial day but shame on this location for allowing an elderly Veteran sit waiting on help for more than 20 to 30 minutes until my boyfriend and I stepped in to help. I hope he had a better experience at checkout.

The walmart employees that i have interacted with have not been helpful to me on any occasion- two specific occasions of note would be- Last year I tried to order a birthday cake in which i stood for over an hour at the counter while i was told repeatedly someone will be right there. I ended up coming back another day because they said the baker went home for the day, when i came back it was still empty with no one else being able to provide me any help. And today when i ordered delivery and over 30 items were missing. I tried calling the walmart and was on and off hold for 1hr. while being told someone would answer the phone. I do not think they realize i can hear them pick up the phone and put it back on hold. I asked the team lead if he could physically find someone to take the call and he refused. No effort made for someone to fix a costly issue. Luckily the driver i had worked with me to resolve the issue and told me that the team at walmart said to just come back to the store and not to even bother with helping me... Terrible service there.

Gets worse and worse. Cannot get assistance , from employees. Also, purchased * new * phone ( straighttalk) , the lady all but refused to help me set it up , she was with another customer , threw up her hand at me , said , " this is gonna take awhile , call the number in the package". I almost sat down and said, No , I'll just wait. Took me all of 10 minutes when I got home. Must be an ex Walmart employee.
