I bought some face wash and other items. The lady was busy assisting another person so it took a minute to get to me. She did an awesome job. She acknowledged I was there, told me she would be with me in a moment, and got to me as soon as she could. She was really knowledgeable about the products and helped me by answering my questions and suggested different products. 10 out of 10 I'd go back and recommend to anyone.

Went to this store today shopping for bras. Bra department was in such disarray and racks are overstocked. It was very difficult to find styles I liked in the size I needed. It was a pain to find a fitting room. An employee strolling by sent me to a closed fitting room. Once I got to the indicated fitting room, it was closed and a different employee sent me to a fitting room in another part of the store which was also closed! The third fitting room was open, but every room was untidy and full of rejected try-ons. To get the 30% off coupon, required that I down load the Belk app! When I inquired about the discount, was told that if I had an old phone that I could get the discount at the counter. So in order to get the discount without the app, I would have to lie about having an old phone. No Thanks! The Maidenform bra I was interested in was $44. Went home and found the exact same bra online for $18.99 so I bought two of the exact same bra for a total of $41.02 with tax and shipping! I will NEVER download an app that is designed to track my movement and shopping habits in a store! At this point Belk is only good for trying items on, but not for buying. Try on at Belk's but will buy online.

So happy that the cashier reminded me that I was entitled to a free bra, since they were on sale. Still disappointed that they have not offered bra sizing, since reopening after covid.

Casual walk through and seemed decent. Quiet and clean and pretty easy to navigate through. A lot of clearance deals although clothing was not my particular style as it seemed more old school.

The lady who was our cashier was rude. I was trying to tell her I have an extra 10% off coupon from the app to use towards my purchase that could be used in store or online and she rudely said I couldn't use it and said I had nothing that would go towards it when I tried to correct her telling her I could buy everything online with the same discounts in store and use my coupon of 10% off she then said why don't you go online then! I will not be shopping from this store or any other belks from here on out simply rude I'll take my good hard earned money somewhere better!!

Always have loved Belk, have found many bargains there in great-looking clothes throughout the years. I am short (though widening in recent years) and I love it that I can find petite sizes there-- especially important for pants!

Belk is a nice store to shop at. It's neat and tidy. The employees are nice and helpful. There's always new clothes coming in. There's also a lot of clothes that go on the clearance racks. Sometimes you find some good stuff. I would recommend coming here. Not too crowded.

Had a decent sale, but checkout pressed for me to open a credit card account, and then told me that I might not get the sale price unless I installed their app. When I got home, and looked at my purchases, they forgot to remove 2 of the security tags. Now I have to return to get them removed. Argh!!!
