They were super rude and wouldn't let me in the fitting room. The rating would be a zero but I have to give them one star. I'd rather shop anywhere else..

We love Ross but lately our local Ross has literally been so packed with items, so messy, stuff literally all through the floors You can hardly get the cart down the aisle, especially in the home decor and bathroom section, but the clothing section is pretty bad too, especially in women's dresses. There are some dresses you literally can't pull off of the rack because they are so tangled and entwined with other ones. I think the management at this location is slacking or something because a few years ago the store did not look like it does now.. So maybe just some refreshing on the training with management and the staff would help the store.

Awful! Dirty!! First time in and it will be my last. I understand lack of help. Got that. But why would anyone want to purchase something from a dirty store?

Just another Ross. I always like to plunder through the home goods section and find unique things that you can't find in other stores, and usually at reasonable prices.

Ross has great finds for very cheap prices, from clothes to home decor to pet supplies, and cute furniture pieces. I love shopping here.

I like shopping here but as a mom I have my children 98% of the time as do other moms. The shopping carts are not allowed outside so I had to carry my items that happened to be on the larger side, my son on my him and hold my oldest sons hand all while walking a decent distance back to my car and trying to make sure I get us all to the car safely. Put some shopping cart returns outside. You give shopping carts so people do not have to carry everything in your hands but you don’t make sure we can get it all out of the store and to our cars.it’s not safe

Name brand clothes at affordable prices. They also carries home furnishings at great prices too. Very clean store and very polite staff. Will definitely go back shopping at this store

I went in over the weekend and this store looked like a tornado went through it. It was a disaster. I know it's the holidays, and a lot of stores are short staffed, but this store was so bad. They had very little inventory of clothes, and what they did have was not in the proper places..it was like a treasure hunt trying to find what I needed. They either need more staff, or the staff needs to step it up and organize/stock the store better.
