This was an excellent experience. I had a 2pm appointment to have my underperforming A/C checked out. I arrived about 5 minutes early and parked, leaving my key in the car. After I went inside and checked in, my car was immediately taken to the service area. It was repaired and I was kept informed of the progress and problem as I waited in their clean office. Julia, the clerk, was friendly and personable as was the manager and service techs. I was out and back home within an hour, with a cold A/C blowing. Services: Air conditioning, Oil change
