I shop here often, the staff are very kind and efficient. Their posted phone number does not work. I believe I lost a personal item and have tried to call them on multiple occasions.

Overall, not a bad experience. The store was clean, the staff was friendly and the wait was acceptable. I had to ask for a bag for my 2 mountain Dews, which I thought associate should offer first, but not something that will deter me from stopping by.

This place had gone DOWN HILL—dirty, dark, inconvenient, red security stickers missing from gas pumps, failure to keep receipt tape in gas pump mechanism (requiring the inconvenience of walking in the store to get a receipt). I have reminded them often but they have not improved so they have LOST MY BUSINESS! It is so disappointing that the store/management/ownership has changed (for the worse). I used to look forward to my morning 7-11 routine. This used to be an enjoyable place with friendly service and loyal regular customers but unfortunately it is not that way anymore.

I would give 0 ZERO stars if there were an option, they won't accept a manufacturer's coupon for cigarettes because they want the cash after having to call the owner and can barely speak English. Lost my business forever! Will NEVER spend another penny there again.

It's a gas station, you're here for a bathroom review... we all know it. Its decent. I would use these facilities again. Clean place, pleasant staff.

Extremely terrible service. During peak hours cashier behind the counter allowed himself to get flustered by customers and started being disrespectful to customers. I will never shop at this location ever again.

Thank you for having an amazing staff. The girl and guy working when I came in at 8pm tonight had such great attitudes. I loved to see their smiles which you don’t get to see very often anymore and they really brightened up my night. When times get tough and in the midst of this pandemic I know if I see these employees my day will always be good and my mind will be at peace. They truly showed that they care when I started talking to them about something I was going through. Most people you can tell they don’t care if their strangers when you start talking about yourself but these employees were the opposite. They didn’t have to listen to me but they did. Thank you! thank you! thank you! I’ll be glad to see them again. I never use to come often to this store but now this will be my number one spot and I will be telling everyone I know the positive impact here and hopefully others will come too.

The employee at the counter was not wearing mask even though Seminole County has a mask mandate. Every single patron walking in was, and doing their part. I didn't even enter the building because this establishment clearly has no regard for the safety of their patrons.

Ive been living in the area for 20 years, i go up to this location last night to buy what i buy EVERY time i go there. A beer, cigs, and gas. The attendant there is an old woman who seems to be senile now. She looked at me like she'd never seen me before. I understand giving a job to the elderly but this is ridiculous. I mean she was totally oblivious to who i was. And the newer obese lady there acts like a loud frantic mess. I know she has to be high on some type of prescription drug. This used to be such a good store.
