Went to port over my number, but since my phone was under someone else’s contract, I had to get that persons information before I could port over. Unfortunately it took 2.5-ish hours altogether to finish. The service was amazing (the main guy who helped was Justin/Joseph I feel awful that I can’t remember, and then his boss came in as well and was just as patient and amazing) and I have to go back Thursday to add my mom to my line. So hopefully they will be the same ones assisting me!

Jamal in this boost mobile is the rudest person I have met in customer service. I asked him to add tv to my existing internet, he messed up then blamed me and charged me $22 over it was supposed to be $70 but some how turned into $92 and when I tried to look at the receipt to see why it was all cut off. I asked for him to reprint one for me so I could see why it charged me more then it was supposed to be but he refused to print it and started playing on his phone again and started to cuss at me and my mother. I will never go to that store again. They have lost a customer now because of their terrible employee. Never go to Madison Heights Boost Mobile unless you want to be cursed at and blamed it was your fault.

The store had me get phones that are terrible.i wanted the LG4 stylist but no she said go for the cool pad legacy so we did. Do not trust Madison heights boost Mobile go to one of the other locations. They seem to be more friendly and more helpful.

Boost Mobile in Madison Heights is the best boost store I have been too, not only is the staff knowledgeable, but they are also really friendly. They helped me when I was having issues with my phone and I will definitely be returning to this location and referring friends and family!

Brian went above and beyond to help us get iphone hooked up that we bought from Boostmoble.com that was "locked" for some reason. He was very professional and helpful when the customer service dept was not. Thank you Brian!!!

My husband and I switched to Boost today. We needed four lines but only had two numbers to port over from Verizon, our bill was OUTRAGEOUS, but Boost saved us HUNDREDS today. We got 4 Samsung Galaxy J7 Refines for free!! It only cost $220 to get started and our next bill is only $148, that includes insurance! We even got cases and screen protectors!! The staff was courteous and took extra time to help us set up our new phones even when we forgot out gmail passwords. You can't beat the prices and all the money you will save switching to Boost!
