Went through a horrible experience with att and went straight to this Verizon after that. Luckily we ran into Bryan and he went above and beyond to help us out and was so polite. One of the coolest most helpful associates I have had the pleasure to deal with! Signed up for a new plan and got rid of att right then and there. Thanks Bryan!

I called to find out where to trade in a verizon cable box because mine is broken. The verizon employee didn't know where a verizon cable equipment store was physically located at all. I still can not find an answer. So disgusted that I being a customer of 20 years presently paying $190 a month doesn't deserve critical helpful customer service?!

The WORST Verizon store! If you need to conduct business please by-pass this store. Waited 20 minutes to speak with a representative only to be told I need to call customer service. Watched he tell every customer in front of me that they too needed to call customer service. Why have a physical store to conduct business only to be told to call customer service. The worst customer experience, will never return and will switch my business account to AT&T.

Don’t waste your time with authorized retailers because they are limited on what they can do, you are force to go to corporate locations. Corporate forces you to upgrade your phone after a while, even though your device is in good condition and limited your device capability. Corporate knows you need your phone for daily things and will take full advantage of your wallet. I can say employees are very professional and concerning towards your needs, but managers will give off a cold vibe after while and feel your wasting there time in money.
