My fiance and I met with John from keepsake Jewelers, first booth on the left, to design a custom engagement ring with family stones. John gave us the gift of building a precious family heirloom that generations will cherish - we absolutely love the piece and thank John for his professionalism and expertise!

John at Keepsake Jewelry is amazing! He enlarged my engagement ring and my anniversary band and both rings came out perfect. John was upfront and honest and explained every detail about what he was going to do to fix my rings. He even explained the possibility of not being able fix one of my rings because of how delicate the setting was. To my surprise, he was able to fix it and it came out awesome. His prices were extremely fair, my rings were fixed in a timely manner, and my overall experience with John and Keepsake Jewelry was awesome. I highly recommend John for all of your jewelry needs.

My boyfriend and I recently went to Ortal Jewlery in Commack. I was looking for an opal ring. I had a very specific design in mind.. Hershel and Dan went through every step with me to find exactly what I was looking for. Not only did they exceed my expectations they also changed out the batteries in my boyfriends watch after overhearing our conversation about it not working. That is true customer service! I am so glad that we found our new go to Jewelry store! I HIGHLY recommend going to them for all your needs. They are the first booth when you walk in right in the center!

Sad to have to post this, as Commack Jewelry has been my go to place for jewelry for as long as I can remember. Most recently I stopped by to get a stone replaced and was pointed over to White Silver Collection. The man behind the counter took one look at the silver ring I had brought in before saying he couldn't repair it anytime soon due to the fact it was not real silver, but pewter. Shocked to learn this, I then had to go home and contact the store owner of the shop I originally bought the ring from overseas. They would gladly refund me if I had the ring properly tested and it came back as not silver (it appears that it's rather difficult to actually tell if a ring is silver or not without a chemical test). The next week I was able to go to a local Jared's with a friend who was shopping for a wedding band, where they were able to confirm in their lab that my ring was in fact, silver. I really wanted to continue to support smaller businesses, but unfortunately it looks like I may have to start going to big name stores if I don't want to be decieved.

I went into Keepsake Jewelry based on all the five star reviews they have, and those reviews are 1000% true. John, who is the owner is a true artist. My engagement ring stone was loose inside of the prongs for which it was originally set. John not only took his time to explain everything and why what was happening was happening, he did this multiple times throughout the whole process of having the ring rebuilt and fixed. He is also very honest about expectations and if something won’t work, he won’t do it. My engagement ring looks better than ever. We will be customers for life…love John, Kelly and Amanda I almost feel like we are family now ha ha. I highly recommend going there, you will not be disappointed.

Yesterday my wife and I went to Commack Jewelry Exchange and found John at Keepsake, which is the first booth on the left side as you enter. John and his staff were the best. They talked with us about what we were looking for, and gave us excellent advice so we could make an informed decision. A real education. They also fixed some watches, fitted some earrings, cleaned a band, and are repairing and resizing some very special pieces. We are so lucky to have found this experienced and trustworthy jeweler.... and the prices were way better than we imagined. Keepsake Jewelry at Commack Jewelry Exchange is awesome!!

I visited Keepsake Diamonds Corp- first booth on the left- and had a wonderful experience. John is an extremely talented jeweler. He was able to fix heirloom pieces for me that other jewelers had turned away as unfixable! He also made me a custom piece that turned out beautiful. I highly recommend him and his team, especially Amanda, who provided great costumer service and ongoing communication. The pieces were fixed in a timely matter and at a fair price.

Went in looking for something very specific and Keepsake Diamonds Corp. nailed it!!! They are the first booth on the left when you walk into the store. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my black diamond band! So much sparkle!! Also, I have very skinny fingers and John did an amazing job sizing it down to fit me perfectly! The setting matches my wedding band and engagement ring perfectly! Thank you!!

Conveniently located, the Commack Jewelry Exchange is a GREAT place to go to buy and fix jewelry. Each booth is meticulously arranged, but the one that outshines the rest is Keepsake Diamonds. The first booth on the left, Keepsake Diamonds handled my wedding band with care. I recently lost one of five diamonds in my band, and John Terrani, the owner, attended to me in a highly professional manner, thoroughly explaining the problem and offering a detailed plan for fixing it. He also quoted me a beyond reasonable price, more than three times less than my local jeweler. I traveled 45 minutes to see John, and I will do it again for all of my jewelry needs. Thank you, John!!!!

Andy gave me and my fiancé an amazing experience. First he helped my fiancé design the perfect and most beautiful engagement ring. When the time came to resizing my ring, he was very nice and accommodating. He did it the same day I came into the store! He took his time and made sure everything was PERFECT before I left.
