was honestly very disappointed, my boyfriend had bought me a ring for christmas, and it was too big for me. they told me they only have size 7s in store, which not everyone is a size 7… a few days later we go to get it resized and they charged us $80.00 for a resize.. this is probably the 4th time my boyfriend bought me a ring and this was the first time from kay’s and the first time i’ve ever been charged for a resize. so if you’re not a size 7 i would recommend going somewhere else or ordering your size online.

My partner got me a necklace for $200 which they said was diamond. Even says diamond on the receipt. I went to go pawn it today, and I found out it was SILVER. Absolutely ridiculous for the people at Kay’s to do this to us…

My fiance and I came into Kay Jewelers in the Galleria at Crystal Run, hoping to find a ring that we both would be very happy with. After being told that our specifications were far too detailed, the manager confronted us with additional questions. He asked me why the particular colors I had chosen meant so much to me. I turned to my fiance, and that is when he told me "Don't look at him. I'm asking you." I am not pleased with having been spoken to that way. It is rude and highly unprofessional! On a side note, the colors that I requested were pale pink and yellow. Needless to say, I will not be returning....

After multiple issues with my diamonds falling out of my ring it was finally replaced. Honestly Kay's won't be my first choice no longer. I've had nothing but issues with almost of their rings! Thankful for the assistant manager who was kind enough to go above and beyond for me to ensure I left happy.

My family and I have shopped at this jeweler for years. We love how the associates and the manager make it an easy visit. From picking up holiday gifts to jewelry inspections and cleanings, we are always greeted with a smile, we have all of our questions answered and we are out of the store in reasonable time. The first time I walked in the Kays in Middletown, there were only ladies in the store, and not one of them asked if I needed help. I also was not dressed as a person that you would ASSUME would spend any kind of money in the store. I came back 2hrs later for some reason then I saw my friend Patrick. Patrick is the best, he sold to me in Newburgh, I did not know that he was in the Middletown store, but it was only to my benefit. HE is the ONLY reason that I come into Middletown. He knows my style and what I like. He even on a whim got me to trade in my current tennis bracelet for an upgraded tennis bracelet. It was such a Pretty Woman moment.

I’ve always wanted to go to KAY but I thought to myself I can afford to get any real jewelry as I never had any real jewelry in my life on customer fakies stuff lol. But on the 28th I was shopping around the mall and my uncle walked in KAY to look around for a new watch he wants to buy when his taxes come and they had some new finance thing that was new going on so my uncle decided to give it a try while he was doing that I sat down and started looked at the beautiful rings they had when the consultant walked up to me and said do I like the rings I said yes so that’s when she said they have a KAY credit card to where people can pay half for the jewelry they want know and the rest goes on the card to pay off and make payments with it so she asked me if I would give it a try and of course I said yes I’ll try. I GOT APPROVED FOR IT !!! I couldn’t believe it I’ve never gotten approved for any card in my life I was so excited I kept on yelling I got a KAY CARD all thru the store lol. I got my first real jewelry and was very excited to finally be a KAY GIRL !!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to find the most beautiful jewelry they wish to have.
