This is a single star not for this store, but the corporate policies these stores operate under. It is absolutely insane that stores offer different prices online than in the store, but absolutely ludicrous that they are not allowed to match in-store purchases with their own online prices. The argument that it is a better way to manage stock and overhead is invalid, because I can walk out the front door, place my order, and walk back in to pick up my purchase. Come on folks, get with the times.

It's a craft store. Its clean butnway overpacked. With their lack of customer service, there are better options. Associates are often hard to find and more likely to just point you on the direction of something than to help you find it.

My husband and I went to Michaels looking for a canvas stretcher (didn't find it) but we found so many more things that we didn't know that we needed! I found many Christmas items on sale for 75% that I could use for next year! They have so many different interesting items that I have to go back to do more shopping!

Do not carry Peaches and Creme line. Carry Sugar 'n Cream and Premier lines. Do not have Evening Sea, the color for which I was looking. I was able to purchase Sharpie markers, even though they were more expensive than price on shelf. Staff was helpful when I was trying to locate Sharpies.

Only reason I didn't give 5 Stars was because there was absolutely no one on the salea floor to help ke locate what I went into rhe storw for. I spent an hour looking up and down every aisle and couldn't find it. I purchased something else that I had been thinking about, asked the cashier if they had what I went in for. She gave me directions to find it on the sales floor, had to go back into the furthest corner and there it was. Hopefully people will decide to start working again, being legally blind I do require a little extra assistance. I have to say, I hope to get back in there before all of the holiday clearance is gone, it looks like Christmas ia right around thw corner with all of that inventory still left.

This was my first visit at Micharls in Middletown. The check out was fast and the cashier assistant was very kind to add the sale percentage. The store is well stocked,well lit and the inventory is very large.
