Associates always very helpful. The only problem I have is when you have coupons, you can't use. on sale items. They usually give out coupons during big sales events.

Small store but has a really decent selection of fabric. Ladies at the cutting table are pretty knowledgeable about sewing. Extremely clean and very well organized.

No black tulle . Everything looks like child vomit. Get some black transparent fabric. Are you afraid of attracting devil worsbipers or something? Everything is so bright amd colorful...cool it down.

Nothing bad about the staff, but if the store change the schedule you have to update here too, I drived from catskill to pick an order that I need to finish a proyec for a customer, here said OPEN, and the store is supposed to close at 9PM, but at the door is a beutifull sign that you closed at 6P.M. Thanks!

If you can get stuff during a sale then it is really affordable and you can score some great things. Overall I love JOANN's, I just find some things to be quite pricey and therefore I don't shop there much. But the cashier's are always quite friendly and helpful.

They were out of what I was looking for BUT the customer service is very very excellent here! I was greeted kindly at the door and one of the staff answered my questions perfectly. A very nice Joann Fabric location!

It's a good little store....not exactly what I had growing up in the 60's - 80's..not as much sewing/fabric/notions as before. Times have changed - I still enjoy it, there just isn't a lot to make me come back but maybe once or twice a year.
