We're do I begin. I order my stuff on the app.(first mistake) Lowes said stuff would be here between 1030am and 230pm half my order showed up at 4pm(not a big deal) then I had to go to the store to pick up the remainder of my order. I stood at customer service ,and the guy who was helping me left (shift was over) So I had to go to the lumber section and grab the remainder of my lumber. Don't go to the Hudson Lowes.

Big store, good selection. Not even close to enough staff though. And the staff there doesn't seem that knowledgeable. The self checkout is annoying but has to be used because the workers won't run the cash registers.

I stopped in to make a return (June 29th) and was met by a very rude associate; Elizabeth (an older woman). "Elizabeth" would be better stocking shelves then dealing with the public.

Went on Thursday to get some blinds. Our fault, we came with the wrong dimensions. We took them back, happily got a refund, spotted the same delightful young lady Elizabeth, who again cut the blinds to the new sizes. She was great, definitely manager material!

Had a great experience purchasing blinds. I had 18 blinds that needed to be cut. Rumina from the paint department stepped up as the regular blinds person was not available. She did an outstanding job and all 18 blinds were cut right and fit the windows perfectly. Thank you Rumina.

It's good to know that I can waste my time standing there for twenty minutes waiting on an interview to not even get a call back. Don't ever apply there. It's a waste of time.

My husband and I just ordered Kraftmaid cabinets for our new kitchen from Lowe’s with the assistance of Elizabeth G. the Sales Specialist in that department. It was a great experience which I initially dreaded. Elizabeth certainly knows her stuff! She gave us wonderful advice, suggestions and found us significant discounts. She gets back to you immediately with any questions or concerns you might have. She is truly one of a kind! She is patient, pleasant, has a great sense of humor, with a personality plus. It was a delight working with her!!!

Made a late run for much needed rock salt. We were fortunate that we did not wait much longer as everyone had the same idea. Hats off to the fellow that works in that department. A kind and happy Lowes employee that just made our day.
