This store is a joke compared to the Hamburg Lowe's. Wouldn't match the price on tiles even though they only had 5 left. Showed 11 in stock and couldn't find the other ones...not even 1. No one knew anything. No one answered the phone after 4 tries at 3:30 in the afternoon....finally was able to leave a message after the rude customer service department picked up. Never again.

The store has everything, and is very clean. I was given a tool as a godly for Father's Day and it was the wrong one. Since the gift was from someone I don't really talk to, like my ex wife, but from my 7 year old daughter, I don't have the original receipt. Now. This tool was unopened, sealed and clean and I can't return it, exchange it or even get store credit! They didn't want to hear anything either. I've never returned anything to Lowe's before, and rarely return anything. Now I'm stuck with it. Go to Home Depot. This place sucks.

I feel they have a wider variety of everything. The customer service was awesome. Even though we didn't purchase anything this time, as we went price checking and found out not only were they more reasonable, there selection had more choices. We plan on returning to complete our Summer housing projects. 👍🏽👍🏽☺️

It makes one wonder why some employees at Lowes have a bad attitude? It could be because they feel undervalued. They may believe their contributions are not recognized enough. A culture of appreciation is vital to a positive working environment. It helps to keep team morale high and happy faces. A smile is the universal welcome.

Poor customer service. Sat on the hold line for over 20 minutes on my way to the store to see if an associate could help me to load my order as I am pregnant, and also where the best place to go to pick up an online order was. Call wasnt answered by the time I got there. Went to Curbside and waited almost a half hour for reps to load my purchase after checking in, about 20 mins into wait a nice associate did call to apologize for my wait and that he would be right out. Today I review my bank account and notice I was charged twice for one item, $600 in total rather than $300. Called was on hold for 6 mins, associate answers asks how she can help, told her I have been charged twice and only picked up once. She said "hold please" and put me back on hold for another 5 mins comes back on the line to ask more details about purchase. Tell her ordered online and that I was charged twice. She gave a confusing response and made it sound like charges were only pending and they were not, they came out of my total available balance, which I explained. Her response was " call your bank" I asked for her name, which she hesitated to give me-KATHY, and asked for her manager. Rob answered who was much more patient but still had no explanation for double charge. Basically, call your bank was the end result but he was willing to address concern before suggesting that unlike Kathy. Also, there was never any notice while purchasing online that this pending charge would be listed and then charged again at pick up. I have additional bills scheduled to come out of my account and if I cannot get the extra charge to drop off in time I will be charged overdraft fees which I am sure Lowes will not be willing to cover. Poor service in my opinion, this should have been an easy purchase/pick up and I have now wasted more time trying to accomplish this than I did searching for the right table.

Lowe's district management needs to review this store's work process for special order pickup (and customer focus). I received a text that my hardwood flooring order was available for pickup, but when I arrived at the store (the following day) it wasn't ready. When the boxes were finally brought out in a cart, multiple boxes were ripped open and the flooring planks were falling out. The person just walked away and left the cart near the exit for me to deal with. When I questioned the poor condition of my order, the response from the desk was "well that's the way we got it"! Then I nearly had to beg for some assistance to help me load these ripped up boxes into my pickup truck. As I waited there, after spending over $1000 on this order, nobody working there had any interest in the condition of my order, or with assisting me. I would have thought this was just a "one off" bad experience, but that's what I thought when I had a similar experience several years ago when I purchased a very large order of hardwood flooring. I guess this must be this particular store's normal mode of operation. I'll certainly factor this experience into my future purchases. Home Depot is just down the road and perhaps they take better care of their customers.

It was the worst customer service I've had in a long time. I needed many bags of mulch and I was told to go to the front and bring back the receipt. At the checkout I was told that she couldn't cash me out. I would need to drag all the bags in and then pay for them. I talked to the outside manager and was told they do not help customers with their mulch. So an almost 60 year old woman has to throw the bags onto a cart, drag them into the store and then drag them to her truck.They didn't even have mulch available to take. Just roped off mulch for online customers. I will not shop in this store again.

There's always someone to help you if you need help finding something. So many things to look at and buy. The staff is very nice, they are always willing to help. I got four door magnets for five dollars. They worked perfectly and were easy to find with the helpful signs.

Terrible experience with their exterior installation department. The professional was anything but professional…! After less than one week, the fence had lifted from the ground and was unlevel. I asked for the repair to occur while we were able to be home. The professional refused. The repair was a shoty job - it is completely crooked and the gate is hung backwards / does not close. Not to mention, they busted a 6 foot piece of siding, ruined a planter and implied they were doing me a favor by fixing this poor install. The coordinator staff have attempted to escalated on a dozen occasions, yet I cannot get any managers to return my calls. Go with someone local. Lowe’s is not worth the run around!
