Huge store, lots of selection. Was very surprised when I pulled in and it was pretty empty in such a population dense area. Girl working was super friendly! Would go here everytime if I didn't live in Southtown. Stopped on a whim.

The manager young lady in the back was so fake at being nice and condescending at the same time was not helpful whatsoever and everybody else that works there was absolutely great she is just a horrible miserable person

This location has the nicest staff!! I'm from Rochester but staff at the Williamsville store is friendlier, more helpful and patient when we check out with our coupons or need assistance in any way. We had Holly cash us out last week and she was super sweet, patient and knowledgeable about which coupons we could or couldn't use and why. Holly had her manager come over and find out why something wasn't working on the computer and she was another great person. I can't say enough about this store. Management is doing a fantastic job hiring and training their staff!! Thank you everyone!!

Place is not handicapped friendly even though they had an electric cart it was mo where near the front for someone to use not to mention the store is too small. Came in a wheelchair and after checking out workers had the front so congested with online orders there was hardly space to leave, not to mention to workers stood in our way so we had to turn around and go back up the registers and down a closed one just to get out. Will never go here again!!!

I have been trying to find my receipt to fill out a survey for them because EVERYONE there was so helpful! I like a silly billy have misplaced it. I am not a buyer of fabrics as you may have guesses. So novice in-fact that I grabbed three whole roll and went to the register to find out you have to get it cut... Luckily Sue was able to help me out! Not only was she EXTREMELY friendly she even took the time to make sure I had material for my projects and helped me get exactly what I needed. After words she showed me how to sign up for Joann's membership and get a discount that day. She really went above and beyond for me and I was extremely grateful to have her there assisting me. If I find that receipt I will defiantly fill it out because Sue deserves as much credit as she can get! I NEVER do customer surveys but she deserves every bit of praise I can give. It's always an extreme pleasure when you find someone who is pleasant and passionate about their career. Thank you again Sue, and thank you Joann's!
