Super huge but many different items for sale. They have a nice variety and I love seeing the food ornaments and bottle openers. They make me laugh. Can't wait to go back!

I had no idea this store existed until recently. It is great! A nice assortment of items. The prices were a little high but if you're looking for a "Buffalo" item this is a quick and convenient place to get it.

Let me start by admitting how ashamed I am to say that I have never been to The BFLO Store until just recently. I only live a few minutes away and yet I honestly didn't even know it existed 🤦🏻♀️ As I walked around the huge "shop" (yes, even though the store was enormous, it somehow felt like a quaint hometown shop) I bounced around from one section to the next, each display leaving me more excited than the last. I couldn't have imagined all the different products they had for sale.... from clothing, to kitchenware, to beautifully handcrafted home decor and jewelry, sporting goods, masks, blankets, ....I could honestly go on and on. I am so excited to have found this store just in time to do my Christmas shopping, it is honestly going to be my one stop shop this year as it has something for EVERYONE, including my fur baby! I wish I would have gotten better pictures but I was looking for specific things while I was there so I only captured a very small section with some clothing. Everything I saw was extremely high quality, not one thing there looked cheap or cheesy. I must have spoken to every person working there because I was so in awe, I just couldn't stop saying how much I loved everything there and how I wanted to buy everything 😂 If you have not been to The BFLO Store on Transit Rd., believe me when I say that you are doing yourself a disservice and are really missing out on such a unique shopping experience. I am so excited to go back and do some shopping for myself all while starting AND finishing my Christmas shopping at ONE store!!

Awesome local place. Very very impressed with what the young owner has been able to do by opening multiple locations across Western New York. Also the fact that he now works alongside with the NFL is awesome. The only knock I will give it from giving it a full five stars is the wife and I noticed that a lot of their baby stuff is gone. As very passionate bills fans we definitely need that selection for the little ones. Other than that though awesome place very modern very clean very bright. I wouldn't even bother visiting the Eastern hills Mall it'll look like a blast from the '70s versus a blast from 2021. If anything just go here highly recommend.

My fiancée and I were in Buffalo for a memorial service and decided to visit this store before flying out. While my fiancée was checking out, I mentioned to Debbie, the woman working the register, that I'd like to grab something for myself but wouldn't take more than 10 minutes as it was already 5:45. I did this to be courteous, but she became very agitated and began telling me how she would like to close the register and go home, and didn't need me to hold up the works. Her tone was extremely rude, and if we were thinking more quickly, we would have returned our purchases on the spot. I understand working in retail is stressful, but this is not an appropriate way to treat customers when the store does not close for another 15 minutes. This was a terrible experience during a very difficult time for my family, and I cannot recommend that anyone shop at this store.

Wow! What can I say? The name accurately describes the merchandise in the store. Huge place with a ton of merchandise. It all has one thing in common it is Buffalo themed in one way or another. We stopped in while we were visiting the BFLO center and couldn’t believe the amount and assortment of merchandise. They had everything from apparel, home decor of every kind, kitchen, Christmas, books, activities, outdoor and fashion accessories, bathing suits, a whole section dedicated to the Bills and Sabres and more! There was an item in every style to fit different tastes and home aesthetics. I was pleasantly surprised that the items were tastefully designed as well. Nothing looked like a tacky tourist t shirt. I’d say the prices were a little on the higher end but that is what you pay for novelty items that aren’t being mass produced. A must stop for the Buffalo lover in your life!
