Unfortunately I have to give this location a very low rating. I am specifically rating it for lack of professionalism, lack of organization and overcrowding. There were people in the hallways, people lined up against the wall inside the office and and everyone was angry that they had been waiting for hours for appointments that they had made months back . One nurse came from the back and yelled for everybody to go out into the hallway because only 5 people can be in the office at a time, or was it 7? I can't remember because i promptly left. I felt smothered by the crowd of people in this office and during a time of pandemic, and not knowing what people are coming to get their blood tests for, it is extremely unsanitary and unsettling to say the least.

Had an appointment and was taken immediately after signing in. Tech was fantastic and super friendly while be professional. Was super concerned about this as it was first time. Couldn’t have been any easier they eased my fears and I left completely satisfied. We’ll done. Thank you!

Wow this place had excellent service today, I was in and out in no time. The staff was very nice as well, best service I’ve had at quest aside from any other location I’ve been to.

Phlebotomist did not wipe area with alcohol wipe before trying to insert needle for blood draw, I had to stop her and ask her to do it. This was after a 2+ hour wait.

A couple of years back I had an extremely bad experience here with two male phlebotomists who just wanted to get out of work early that day. They said they couldn't find my veins and tried in both arms, oth of my arms turning horribly black and blue. They were subsequently and justifiably fired. Now when I come here to have my blood work done, this is a five star (actually a 100 star!) establishment! The manager Debbie is unbelievably professional, and so is the staff. My most heartfelt thanks to Deb and the staff, for making this one of the best Quest establishments in the area!

Quest took down my insurance information incorrectly (both the suffix of my insurance, and spelled my name incorrectly) they are billing me as though i dont have insurance. I work during their normal business hours so i can't contact anyone unless I take time off from work. I've tried calling on my lunch break and was on hold for the full hour. I desperately need to facilitate a conference call between my insurance and quest but can not get through to quest. Edit: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I got them to 'fix' my information WHICH WAS INCORRECTLY entered into their system (i have no idea how as it was SCANNED) AND THEY'RE STILL BILLING ME AS THOUGH I HAVE NO INSURANCE! PLEASE FIX THIS! PLEASE EMAIL ME A DIRECT NUMBER I CAN REACH A REAL PERSON TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE!

I had a 12pm appointment. I showed up a few minutes early, and they said their computers were down, so they had required a paper script. I work near this office, which is why I had chosen this location to run out on lunch. Nobody called me to tell me that I'd need to bring a paper script with me before I showed up. I had to drive 40 minutes back to my house to pick up the script, therefore missing my appointment. Now I'm at a location closer to my home, with a 35 minute wait, an hour into my lunch break, because they couldn't call me to let me know to bring a paper script. When I told them I'd have to go to the location closer to my house, they didn't offer to call the other location to let them know the situation, and try to set me up with an appointment. I had even called the location closer to my home when I left this location, and their automated system would not allow me to speak to a person. This all could have been prevented with a simple phone call.
