Unfortunately I have to give this location a very low rating. I am specifically rating it for lack of professionalism, lack of organization and overcrowding. There were people in the hallways, people lined up against the wall inside the office and and everyone was angry that they had been waiting for hours for appointments that they had made months back . One nurse came from the back and yelled for everybody to go out into the hallway because only 5 people can be in the office at a time, or was it 7? I can't remember because i promptly left. I felt smothered by the crowd of people in this office and during a time of pandemic, and not knowing what people are coming to get their blood tests for, it is extremely unsanitary and unsettling to say the least. ~April

Wow! What can I say? The name accurately describes the merchandise in the store. Huge place with a ton of merchandise. It all has one thing in common it is Buffalo themed in one way or another. We stopped in while we were visiting the BFLO center and couldn’t believe the amount and assortment of merchandise. They had everything from apparel, home decor of every kind, kitchen, Christmas, books, activities, outdoor and fashion accessories, bathing suits, a whole section dedicated to the Bills and Sabres and more! There was an item in every style to fit different tastes and home aesthetics. I was pleasantly surprised that the items were tastefully designed as well. Nothing looked like a tacky tourist t shirt. I’d say the prices were a little on the higher end but that is what you pay for novelty items that aren’t being mass produced. A must stop for the Buffalo lover in your life! ~Crystal

The store has everything, and is very clean. I was given a tool as a godly for Father's Day and it was the wrong one. Since the gift was from someone I don't really talk to, like my ex wife, but from my 7 year old daughter, I don't have the original receipt. Now. This tool was unopened, sealed and clean and I can't return it, exchange it or even get store credit! They didn't want to hear anything either. I've never returned anything to Lowe's before, and rarely return anything. Now I'm stuck with it. Go to Home Depot. This place sucks. ~Eric

I was in just to grab a couple things when I hear an employee being berated come to find out it was the manager named Dan. I was just appaled by the things this "manager" was saying to this employee. I will never come back to this location with such rude degrading management. ~Sam

This jeweler took the time to listen, (TRULY LISTEN) to what our budget was and help us find exactly what we wanted. Compromise is considered to be where each party walks away somewhat dissatisfied: I don’t believe this word exists in Andrew’s Jewelers vocabulary.  In what seemed to be an endless search for statement-worthy wedding bands, Andrews was one of five places we visited.  We were greeted by Victoria who was warm, energetic, and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable without talking down to us. We were searching for matching men’s wedding bands but were overwhelmed by the literal million options that exist.  Having a few ideas in mind we stopped at Andrews and were treated like best friends instead of patrons.   We decided to have them create a pair of custom wedding bands.  The process was amazingly smooth; we never felt pressured into making a decision we were not comfortable with and we were never hassled with unexpected costs, fees, or charges. Once we chose our design, in less than two weeks we approved models that showed us what our rings would look like.  Less than three weeks later our rings were cast, and we went in to confirm sizing.  Three days later our stones were set and the bands polished. The quality is amazing! Each step was communicated to us which guaranteed the end result was perfect. The entire process was effortless and we could not be happier with the results or prouder to wear these rings that are an outward symbol of our love. ~Jim

A+++! Excellent personalized service. NYS enacted, 2011 Anti-Mandatory Mail Order Pharm Act. NYS residents have the right to use a local pharmacy (without penalty) to fill scripts (except union agreements). I highly recommend using Family Medical pharmacy. Everyone is wonderful and will work with you to fill your medication needs. Its well worth switching from national chains and mail order pharmacies!! ~Julie

My package was lost and I requested the store rep to check it. And they don’t want to do it and not helpful with at least tracking it. It’s says label was created and that’s it. No update afterwards. They simply said if UPS lost package and a claim was issuers it means we never will get the package. Please don’t ship it from the UPS. ~kishan
