My package was lost and I requested the store rep to check it. And they don’t want to do it and not helpful with at least tracking it. It’s says label was created and that’s it. No update afterwards. They simply said if UPS lost package and a claim was issuers it means we never will get the package. Please don’t ship it from the UPS.

The blonde woman named Pam, that's pretty much always at the desk is one of the rudest most unhelpful people in the world. I do everything I possibly can to avoid this location. Union rd has much better service, worth the few minutes extra drive.

Tried to return a bulky, heavy item. Was asked to purchase a $5 roll of tape to reinforce the package. I explained that this was the condition it arrive in from UPS, and the woman behind the counter said, "UPS didn't do that, the person you bought it from did," as if this is somehow my problem? Anyway, an employee (who was a nice guy) helped me get the 50 lb package onto a table, and then gave me instructions on how to tape it. I was just trying to get to work, but apparently I work here now. when we lost the edge on the roll of tape, the same woman shouted from behind the counter that we were using the tape wrong. Super helpful. The only reason I didn't leave and say "sorry, this is already packaged I've got to go," was because the employee who was helping me seemed like a nice guy who was in a tough spot. He said, "I'm just trying to (help you tape it) so you don't have to come back here. And I said, "Oh, I won't be coming back here." Which is true. tl;dr I was just trying to drop off a package, and the lady behind the counter seemed pretty peeved about it. Sorry to bother you.

Hands down the best UPS store I have ever used. Pam Hamill, the owner, and her staff, helped me and my sister after we had cleaned out our mother's home. We received excellent service with packing and shipping of family heirlooms. The service they provided went above and beyond our expectations, and Pam assisted us expertly, with the utmost respect and kindness. We are grateful and appreciative and would give her store 10 stars if we could.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Friendly, sincere, responsive and trustworthy. All important attributes for a business that handles your mail. My sister and her family suffered a house fire in May 2016. One of her needs is to have her mail delivered to a friendly, secure and convenient location. Pam treated us with respect and courtesy. She was responsive and friendly. We are very glad to have opened an account at this store. I am so glad we didn't go to the closer UPS store on Transit Rd. It didn't feel right at all. Each time we called them we got different answers, and we were made to feel like we were interrupting them, a burden. I cannot recommend them, but I am happy that my less than pleasant experience with that store motivated me to keep looking so I found Pam and her store on Main Street in Williamsville.

This UPS Store is the best in WNY. It was not busy and the 2 employees (Pam and Frank) working had excellent customer service. They tried to help me locate my account to pull the addresses but we couldn't, so Brian went ahead and did all the work of addressing and processing my packages. Other stores I have visited have been rude and sent me away to fill out forms prior to shipping. I highly recommend this location!!!
