I see these reviews and it’s very clear what the problem is. We’re in the middle of a global pandemic, many business’ were left short staffed due to this. It’s 2022. Tattoos are acceptable. Working in a Pharmacy involves federal checks. As for drug dealers, you’re the one sweating in line for your script to be filled. Calm down. Pharmacists are overworked and now take on the role of giving vaccinations back to back. Barbarians must have raised you. There’s quite a few Rite Aid’s local, try Genesse and Pine Ridge. Good luck bud. 👍

I have had 3 prescriptions in a row not ready after I even wait 1-2 days after the prescription was sent in by my doctor! Today they wanted me to wait 45 minutes and the counter girl was rude about it. This is the worst pharmacy ever and I will be switching to anywhere else as my primary pharmacy as soon as is feasible or possible. Don’t waste your time

They do not answer they’re phones for the past 4 months. Apparently multitasking is out of the question as the pharmacist stated she is filing prescriptions and unable to answer the phone. So I have to drive to the pharmacy for them to tell me it is not ready. This problem started recently and I will no longer use their services.

This store is understaffed, drive thru always closed for " covid testing ".always 6 to 9 people in line. I am not blaming the employees, it's corporate management problems. Been a customer for over 20 years , will be finding a new pharmacy. I feel bad for all seniors that have to stand to wait to see if their prescriptions are even filled. Shame on corporate rite aid.

I have had times where I have called the pharmacy repeatedly for over a 20 minute period or more and no one answers the phone. I am considering going to another location or the Walgreens near me.

This RiteAid has the best staff is the best in the area. They get to know their consumers and can anticipate their needs. They have helped me through several medical issues and are genuinely concerned. They are quick to offer advice. The store staff, in general, are just as amazing.

I never have issues at this rite aid! I am so glad I get my meds sent to this location. The one pharmacist there was very sweet and gave me my flu shot for me. The cashiers are also very friendly. The points system sucks because Ive shopped there for so long and I never get anything. when i ask why, they cant tell me. But guess what? Idc about that because Im still getting bogo sales on my favorite items and getting other good sales

On 2 seperate occasions I had called in a script and when I went to pick up i was told "we need to order it and receive it tomorrow" 1st was my 1 yr olds antibiotics for her ear infection... yea I'm NOT waiting 1 more night...and the other was my birth control which I def need... again and few months prior I had the same issue with meds and said screw it I'm going to walgreens.... think it's time to say the same again! Smfh and very ignorant poor service
