They must have forgot how to answer the phone when it rings ,have called 14 times yesterday and 5 times today.will ring for 1 min 30 sec than automatically hang up. Very poor customer service . Never had this problem with cvs , Walgreens and tops pharmacy.

The managers need to revisit their customer service policy for phones. 3 minutes for someone to answer, “please hold” “click”. 20 minutes on hold after that and no one came back to me. I realize that we all get busy, but this is terrible treatment for customers. I wonder how long it would take CVS pharmacy to answer their phones?

Rite Aid is incredible of suppling my medicine at points and their makeup selection is nice it’s not like a sephora selection but if you just need a couple good cheap products go to the Rite Aid Losson&Union Location!

I’m not going to be visiting RiteAid anymore unless absolutely necessary ever since they took away their gold membership discounts!! The new way is wayyyyy too much work!! After coming to this store almost daily, I feel like this was a kick in the gut!! Very frustrated!!!

Customer service is terrible at the pharmacy department . They treated my 78yr old sister and 85yr old brother in law very poorly when she was sick and couldn’t get on the website to schedule a covid test.

No matter how many times i call i can NEVER get through to anybody in the pharmacy and i’ve called 25 times in the past 2 days. it just rings and hangs up.

I am very pleased with the staff at this location in the store and the pharmacy! Let's start with the pharmacy., ALL of the pharmacy staff go out of their way to help you ANY way they can. "Sue" (answers the pharmacy phone) with a cheerful voice and kind words. She is just wonderful. Patricia tries to be fast when checking you out but at the same time, she doesn't "rush" you on your way. ALL of the pharmacist are full of smiles, helpful ANY time you request. This location is really outstanding! As far as the store, staff again, friendly, helpful, check you out quickly (but again, don't rush you on your way). Well deserved 5 stars!!!!

I wanted to share with the manager an unpleasant experience I just had at your store. There were about 5 people in line and one cashier and I noticed 2 other employees talking in an aisle. Finally the one cashier called for help and another employee with shorter blond hair sauntered up to the other register. By this time there were only 2 of us in line and I mentioned to the cashier that too bad she came up so slowly because now we really didn't need her. She didn't respond to my comment and throughout the entire transaction I was making conversation with her and she just ignored me. She said she thought I was talking to myself! I told her course not, I'm talking to you! No comment from her. After I was done she never told me to have a good day as I heard the other cashier telling her customer. I have worked with the public for 40 years and when I get a criticism I apologize and see how I can make the customer's experience better. This cashier should not be working with the public. I mostly visit the Rite Aid on Niagara Falls Blvd in Tonawanda/Amherst and they are ALWAYS friendly. I told her I was sorry she was having a bad day and she did reply to this saying she was having a great day! Not to me she wasn't. Manager, please counsel her on how to be kinder with customers. She obviously doesn't care about her bad attitude. I hope to have a better experience if I ever visit your store again.
