I see these reviews and it’s very clear what the problem is. We’re in the middle of a global pandemic, many business’ were left short staffed due to this. It’s 2022. Tattoos are acceptable. Working in a Pharmacy involves federal checks. As for drug dealers, you’re the one sweating in line for your script to be filled. Calm down. Pharmacists are overworked and now take on the role of giving vaccinations back to back. Barbarians must have raised you. There’s quite a few Rite Aid’s local, try Genesse and Pine Ridge. Very welcoming "local" feel. Always greeted with eye contact and asked of any needed assistance! The pharmacy staff are always pleasant and on top of their clients needs regardless of being under pressure! My families needs are always meet! ~Ken

Delivery driver came back and took the package after leaving it on the entryway - all recorded on video. No attempts were made to notify of "attempted delivery" and now the tracking information is saying delivery Monday instead of Friday. The delivery is a bouquet of flowers which will be dead by then (should not even require a signature). Customer service is nothing less than horrendous. ~Kelsey

I realized this pharmacy drive thru is very racist. My cousin who is white picked up my boyfriends prescription with no problem. I was in the passenger seat and saw that they did not give her any issues. All she had to do was provide his date of birth. A few months after this I went alone to pick up my boyfriends prescription and they gave me a hard time. I am a brown skinned black woman. The treatment I received while picking my bfs prescription up was totally different than when my cousin picked it up. They made me show my license and had him call the pharmacy to make sure he approved this. My cousin only had to provide a birthdate… unfair and racist. ~HeyYou

The managers need to revisit their customer service policy for phones. 3 minutes for someone to answer, “please hold” “click”. 20 minutes on hold after that and no one came back to me. I realize that we all get busy, but this is terrible treatment for customers. I wonder how long it would take CVS pharmacy to answer their phones? ~Bob

The staff 200% stole envelope with valuables n cash from inside my totebag before packaging n shipping it. Also they overcharged me excessively to ship to Toronto which should not be more than $25-$30 charging more than double. Stay away from this location. They have some very good very professional thieves on site. ~K

Yesterday I ventured into the Sephora store - I was searching to find something to freshen up my look . Taylor waited on me and was professional and very knowledgeable on the products. She showed me how to apply eyeshadow and how to use it to accent my look. I am clueless about make-up abs she not only made my shopping experience fun by I was calmer . She provided excellent service to me and helped another woman find some brushes. We were amazed that she was juggling the store with customers and the register (by herself) Thank you Taylor - I think you have a bright future with Sephora ~Melody
