The staff 200% stole envelope with valuables n cash from inside my totebag before packaging n shipping it. Also they overcharged me excessively to ship to Toronto which should not be more than $25-$30 charging more than double. Stay away from this location. They have some very good very professional thieves on site.

I’ll give FedEx the award for most inept shipping company. Thanks to their inability to deliver I have to call any company I order from and make sure they DO NOT use FedEx. Kudos FedEx, you are terrible.

It is astounding how much this company could not give a s**t about their own policies or customers. Had a package sent out for overnight delivery on Thursday. They proceeded to lose the package on Friday and not deliver it. The package arrived at the correct distribution facility a day late and since overnight packages are delivered on business days they refuse to deliver the package or even allow me to pick it up. Called customer service and they LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME. Now they will have OVERNIGHTED MY PACKAGAE IN 5 DAYS. This is straight up a con and it blows my mind that people consider them to be a competent and successful domestic shipping company.

This company is an absolute JOKE! I ordered a wet saw from Home Depot who utilizes this awful company... That was my only mistake in this matter. The driver stated that he delivered my package to my front door on 11/25. Funny thing is I have a Ring camera on my home which shows any activity in the front of my home and guess what... No delivery. Not even any movement at my home within hours of when it stated that the package was delivered. When I contacted FedEx, which was a joke, I was informed that they had to put through an investigation and I would have to wait. I've called FedEx 3 times at this point and last call I waited over an hour for someone just to hang up on me. I finally get a return call on 12/5 for them to say that they are still under investigation and they will not contact Home Depot to get my order refunded until the 8th. Which means that they are doing nothing at all to rectify the situation. I then contacted Home Depot customer service who informed me that they can't do anything because FedEx stated they delivered the package. I now have to go buy another 300$ wet saw as my home renovation is now on halt and just wait to see if they will actually do anything. I will not EVER have FedEx be a sender for anything I purchase in the future. This company is a big scam!!!! I will be adding reviews to all the sites so hopefully others can see how unorganized and unreliable this company really is

I am only giving this certain FedEx office 1 star because they never inform you that using your debit card for a .65 cent 2 sheets front and back there would be a 10$ hold for 24 hours. Very sad 😥

I stopped in this location to have a one hundred 4x6 cards printed. The woman never notified me of a delay-constantly complained she had not slept for 27 hours-continue to make mistakes in my order-and then told me it will be five hours before I could pick up a print job that will take about three minutes-because she just has too much to do-I visit two other locations in Western New York frequently-they have always either notified me of a backlog-or process my orders immediately. Terrible customer service at this location!

Sam was the girl in store I had to ask her mutiple times to come over and help me she was rude and didn't help at all. I will never come to this FedEx again it was a total waste of time and money. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied.

Unbelievable... I have used Fedex print and ship centers to print my resumé for years. Even as recently as last week, I was here and had Sam print my resumé without issue. Suddenly today there was a major change. Aaliyah, without asking, grabbed the paper and directed me to the copy machine. I politely informed her I always prefer that the staff prints it to ensure the best quality. She continued to insist I use the copy machine and argued with me about it. I was thoroughly confused. I saw Sam and asked her why there was a problem. She said "were to busy to do this type of thing right now." Then Aaliyah chimed in and said "see, now this lady has to wait because you can't do something simple by yourself." I turned around, and she was just as surprised as I was at Sam and Aaliyah's retorts. She said "I'm not in a hurry at all." Sam and Aaliyah continued to make comments about how much of an inconvenience I was and the other customer and I continued to share uncomfortable glances. Astounding. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, LADIES.
