I was just in this little convenience store and whoever the dark-haired lady cashier was she was fantastic. She is very great at customer service your store should be proud to have her as an employee!!

The lady that was working had a really melodic voice, oh and pleasant personality, and cute..They had Ten High whiskey too, which is cheap but rare. I am from Lansing so I usually don't make it that far South, but it was humble and nice. I know it ain't far from Lansing, but it really gives the country vibes. It is a DOPE liqour store!

This site has been around for years and is a convenience for anyone who lives in the Southside. They sell many beverages and I enjoy buying lotto tickets here

I went to the beer cooler and picked up 24 pack of o'brian in a case box of bottles. The gentleman behind the counter charge me for 4 individual 6 packs of bottles. I ask for the case price not four Individual six packs. He said you do not have a case you have 4 individual 6 packs.????? I asked him why do you have a 24 pack of beer in a box in your cooler and you charge me for 4 individual 6 packs which obviously cost more? His answer was this is retail not wholesale. My recommendation: if you have a walk in cooler And you don't want to sell 24 packs then dont have then displayed as a case. unbox the beer and sell as a 6-pack. Also don't argue with customers at the counter.

Easy in and out, and they usually have what you need!! Rich's Country Store is a locally-owned convenience store that carries a fairly decent selection of grocery items, considering the size of the store. You can literally go in there, unsure of what's for dinner, and get the supplies you need for a quick dinner. They have good choices in wine, beer and full line of liquor. They make their own deli sandwiches and pizza, and their homemade chili is great! Ample parking is always available (unlike Speedway). It's easy to get in and out of their parking lot. The store is conveniently located just south of exit 101 on I-96 (Eaton Rapids exit) across from Wendy's. And here is the most important thing for me... The staff is very friendly and efficient. There are a lot of regular customers, and the employees get to know them. There is not a single employee in there, that I would not invite to dinner! I sometimes go a little out of my way, just because I know I can quickly get what I need at Rich's.
