Approximately at July 12th 8:45 PM I was trying to return a red box disc but the machine was broken. But I was next to a few workers and I thought that they would be able to help me with my issue but 2 of them just were on their phones and looked at me and walked away. There was 2 more next to me handling the lottery machine and 1 of the worker was training the other worker but when they finished working on the lottery machine they looked at me and ignored me and walked away. As someone who lost their voice it was frustrating that these workers just ignored someone who clearly needed some assistance.

I asked for help recieved none. There was no one on a register. I asked if there could be got told no. So with my 1 year old I had to sit and ring up all my stuff. While there were 4 employees I could see doing nothing.

Why is Kroger the only store that is still experiencing a coin shortage??!! Maybe someone isn't doing their job! Sad when cash isn't an acceptable form of payment! SMH

I do believe this store has everything that starts with the letters A - Z. So far there has never been a product that I needed or wanted as in food, that they didn't have. Produce and meats are very fresh. There are great specials all the time. I love the 10 for $10.00. They have a Pharmacy and do carry vitamins plus many other OTC items. The store carries many other non-food item's. It's a nice place to shop.

From the stock staff to the manager and everyone in between, they are always friendly and helpful. I can usually find what I'm looking for. It has a descent variety for a smaller Kroger store and reasonable prices. The restroom 🚻 is more like a truck stop than a grocery store, but at least they do let you use it!

Old garden sales area in front of the store close to the entrance and sidewalk is used as a smoking area for employees . Too close to the entrance and sidewalk. Smoke out back. Also the same garden sales area is also used by street people to hide alcohol or whatever else. Why are there empty liquor bottles in the the so called employee break area? Why is the gate not locked? I was told by a mouthy employee that corporate wouldn't buy them a lock . Store manager is also incompetent . Said he completely agreed with me. So why not fix it? Outside lights are never turned on. Looks closed after dark. The store is totally trailer park. I won't shop at another Kroger . Particularly the frandor Kroger . Unsafe conditions for shoppers

I don’t write reviews a lot but this one seemed worthy of one. Cashier Susan is just straight up a great person and worker she was about to closer her land but let me in she was super friendly and polite even though she had already put the we closed sign up after me there was a guy with three items and she waved him on sayings it’s just a few no worries. Great work ethic

This Kroger is my least favorite in the Lansing area. The selection isn't great, the store isn't as clean and stocked as the other Krogers, and it has the highest bum per shopper ratio I've ever seen, especially in the winter time. In terms of friendliness, the service is normally good. The only complaints are around the way they treat 'vendor partners'. It's one of the only stores that will not even consider letting their young partners into the store to sell cookies during the extremely cold days. The only other store I've experienced with a blanket no exception is owned by Sam. Granted, I realize they communicate that clearly and there should be no expectation. To that end, a decent Kroger.

It's an alright Kroger. The selection is decent, but the bottle room always smells terrible, and the floor could rather consistently use a good cleaning. Hopefully you aren't too offset by the naturally-uncharming demeanor of the employees; it's usually a facade, and most of them mean well.
