I used the drive thru to pick up a prescription for my daughter. No cars, no line, and they answered their intercom promptly. Technician was very helpful with the questions I asked her and was able to answer them. The only thing that I may suggest for the pharmacy is for them to offer a variety of different flavor additives to put into the medications for children. My daughter likes a certain flavor and it's hard to get her to try new medicine with a flavor she is not used to. Other than that, the customer service I received was great. The pharmacy staff are nothing like the stores staff which don't know their left from their right (San Tan).

Chris did an amazing job helping me tonight. She went above and beyond bringing me out my medication because it wouldn't fit through the drive-thru. Waited patiently while I got my insurance card ready. 100 times better than fry's pharmacy.

I have never had so many consistency issues at a pharmacy in my life . The pharmacist will legit yell in your face if you try and explain your situation , even though you need medicine to save your life, they do not care. Even though my doctor gave me the paper showing the pharmacy received my medication, with the date and time it was verified and ready on her end, the ignored me and essentially told me to get lost. This location absolutely baffles me, some of the rudest people / pharmacist I have ever met in my life .

I never have a problem getting my prescriptions filled. They text me when I am due for a refill. If I want it now I text back yes. It is always filled within a day. I can go to the drive thru or instore. Either way the staff is helpful & I get my script quickly. If there is a long line in store, I do a little shopping & come back & the line is gone. No complaints.

I have always had excellent service at this Pharmacy. The Pharmacists are so very helpful and go above and beyond for me! So glad to have changed to this pharmacy!

Refills are ALWAYS ready when requested. The Pharmacists and Technicians are always pleasant, helpful and professional. Service there is impeccable. I've used this Pharmacy exclusively since moving to the area in 2017 and I have only praise for them and the bonus of Walmart's low prices can't be beat.

Meds are filled quickly. I receive a text message when ready for pickup and when its time for a refill. I've never waited more than 15 minutes in line even during busy times. Techs and Pharmacist are always professional and speedy at checkout.

I have never had a problem with this pharmacy. They are helpful, polite and go out of their way to make sure I get my meds in a timely manner. They have also helped guide me through the Medicare maze at times. I drive from Florence to shop and pick up my prescriptions at this Walmart (San Tan) because the Coolidge pharmacists are the absolute worst.

I have never liked this pharmacy. I’m transferring my meds to Banner Health to save money. They take way too long to fill prescriptions, they’re rude, they don’t have your orders ready when they give you a time and sometimes they have certain medications on the order missing. I can’t believe that they close the pharmacy for lunch. They should keep it open and have someone else take over during that time. What can you expect though. It’s Walmart. Right?

RUN, don't walk away from this pharmacy. Not only is the customer service from the pharmacists terrible, (I haven't had bad service from the customer service people who work the registers), but the pharmacists have been so extraordinarily rude that my doctors will not deal with them. To be clear, that's more than one doctor. **Whatever you do, don't get anything called in here that is urgent.** If they are out of it and you need the script transferred to someone else, the phone line will be perpetually busy, making a transfer impossible. You cannot go in and get the script to transferred over to another pharmacy, and they will not call the other pharmacy to facilitate a transfer. Nevermind that you may very well end up in the ER as a result, when having a simple medication at the proper time would have prevented the issue. They simply do not care. They cannot be bothered to do something logical and help.
