I used the drive thru to pick up a prescription for my daughter. No cars, no line, and they answered their intercom promptly. Technician was very helpful with the questions I asked her and was able to answer them. The only thing that I may suggest for the pharmacy is for them to offer a variety of different flavor additives to put into the medications for children. My daughter likes a certain flavor and it's hard to get her to try new medicine with a flavor she is not used to. Other than that, the customer service I received was great. The pharmacy staff are nothing like the stores staff which don't know their left from their right (San Tan). ~Chris

STOP! You don't need to look any further this is the only review you need to read: Does this sound like you... You are in a collision, you call your insurance company, they recommend "their" shop to take care of the repairs, its REAL convenient for you right? WRONG! Your insurance wants you to use the shop they have prearranged deals with. Which means lower quality work, used parts, etc. No bueno! What are you paying insurance for?! You want quality, you want a fast seamless repair, and communication every step of the way, and this is the place. I'll give you two reasons this is your new go to shop. Jason and Kristina. Absolute legends, Kristina took care of everything that my insurance company screwed up (spoiler alert It was a lot). She answered questions I didn't even know I had. She got the parts in quick, the whole process was done before my agent could even return my call. I am the type of person that likes to deal with real people and local businesses, these are genuinely good people that provide an awesome service. Exceeded every expectation I had. The pharmacy staff is always extremely rude. I get with the pandemic and just working in health care in general that it can be stressful, but every time I talk to someone they’re giving attitude and talk to you like you’re a child. Also, I’ve been getting a prescription filled here for about a year that I have refilled once a month. Every single time there has been some sort of issue for not filling it. It’s one of those things where I need to take it on time every day or it becomes ineffective and they have caused me to delay taking it a couple times now. The wait times is always ridiculous whether it’s drive through or inside. I had to wait in line inside for an hour once just to pick up. I try to be understanding and nice because I never know what other people might be going through, but this is just unacceptable. They’re either incompetent, rude or both! Definitely changing pharmacies. ~Chloe
