This was the best place! I got hit by another car the day after Christmas, Christina was amazing help and since I have never been in an accident so she helped me through all the steps to have my car fixed and repaired the correct way no short cuts on my parts and the finished product looks as though my car never was hit. I don't have a before photo bit the entire driver side was destroyed and damaged. She did the fight with the insurance carrier being cheap and got my car done. Especially in this shortage of parts for vehicles she did a damn good job. I appreciate the customer service and the effective job done for me. Service: Body & Trim

STOP! You don't need to look any further this is the only review you need to read: Does this sound like you... You are in a collision, you call your insurance company, they recommend "their" shop to take care of the repairs, its REAL convenient for you right? WRONG! Your insurance wants you to use the shop they have prearranged deals with. Which means lower quality work, used parts, etc. No bueno! What are you paying insurance for?! You want quality, you want a fast seamless repair, and communication every step of the way, and this is the place. I'll give you two reasons this is your new go to shop. Jason and Kristina. Absolute legends, Kristina took care of everything that my insurance company screwed up (spoiler alert It was a lot). She answered questions I didn't even know I had. She got the parts in quick, the whole process was done before my agent could even return my call. I am the type of person that likes to deal with real people and local businesses, these are genuinely good people that provide an awesome service. Exceeded every expectation I had. I just recently had to visit Car Works for my second repair in about a year. On the firstoccasion they performed flawlessly and my car which was backed into by a truck looked like new and no one could have seen the repair happened. Unfortunately on the second repair, the insurance company decided to total rather than fix the vehicle. Jason and Christina steered me through the whole process, and made it much less hassle than it otherwise would have been. Their shop is always clean and their personalities make working with them more like a meeting of friends than a business transaction. I find myself stopping just to say "Hi" when I'm nearby. The good : The office staff was friendly and answered all questions. The vehicle looks like new. The bad : Had my vehicle for 3 months waiting on parts. They said my bumper needs to be manufactured and will be in around the middle of December. That was around a month ago. I called my Mazda dealer and they said another dealer had one in stock last week. I called CarWorks and they had it two days later. I would have had to impatiently wait another month or more for a bumper if I left it in their hands. I will be taking my business elsewhere if I need a body shop again.

The paint on the back of my car was faded and a complete eyesore. Took it to CarWorks, and in less than 10 mins Jason had my paint repaired !You can’t tell there was ever an issue. I’m so happy with the paint job and definitely recommend them to anyone.

I would absolutely recommend Jason and his staff at CarWorks. They are a locally owned business and from start to finish it could not have been an easier process. They take care of everything, they deal with the insurance and Kristina kept us inform almost weekly of the status of our vehicle and what was going on with the insurance. They were so professional they even had a car rental for me so that I didn't have to deal with the "other" car rental places. They are a one stop shop. When I got my Avalanche back it looked amazing! They did a fantastic job, the quality of work was exceptional, they even detailed my vehicle for me. We are so satisfied and happy that we found CarWorks. I drive a 2014 Scion FR-S that someone backed in to. The person that backed into me hit the perfect spot on my front bumper to cause major damage. I had met the owners last year and decided to entrust my car to Kristina and Jason. The car was returned to me in a condition much better than when I dropped it off. The car was detailed inside and out. I have included some pictures of the interior a few minutes after picking it up. The exterior of the car really looks like it is brand new. The interior was cleaned better than I could. My turtle was in his usual spot on the dash. To say that I am impressed by Carworks would be an understatement. If you are reading my review, choose Carworks!
