The advertised "special" was anything but. Manager Tony or whatever wasn't too keen on me pointing out all the extra fees and junk tied into the entire 'sale' price. Snarky behavior and all. Do yourself a favor and go to a better place with integrity and customer service like discount tire. I'll never recommend this place.

I want to thank everybody at the Big O Tires at Lyndsay and Warner in Gilbert for the kindness and honesty the showed to me today. They could easily have sold me a tire as mine was irrepairably flat. I was trying to get to Mercy Gilbert Hospital where my husband is recuperating from surgery. The store manager, Tony Garcia, had them put my spare tire on, check the tire pressure all around and charged me nothing. I an so impressed with everyone there. What I was initially told would take 2 hours. They had me out in 20 min or so. Mr. Garcia refused to let me pay for their service, so I donated to Relay for Life at the manager's suggestion. They have made me a customer forever. Our family will be purchasing car services from them from now on. It truly is the little things that count. Thank you for making my day! Lanie

I love when I come in and the manager is too busy watching TV and busy texting to get my car back into service. Worst customer service. I’ve only ever taken my car here for oil changes but going forward never again! Get a manager who wants to work!

Great service they gave me. Came in for a oil change, brought in my own oil and filter, and no questions asked they put in what I brought. Also showed me what else on my vehicle that would need attention in the future for maintenance. They were not pushy on getting these things taken care of either.

I went to this store a few days ago to change my car oil. After dropping my car off, I asked Tony about additional maintenance that the car might need, out of curiosity. He not only provided me with a detailed answer but also took the time to find and print out some helpful information. As a customer, I enjoyed his customer service as well as his expertise.

Dealt with both Aaron and Tony today for oil changes on 2 vehicles. Location was super clean and looked nice, and they were very friendly and polite. They recommended some things to be done, some we did, some we didn’t, but at no point did I feel pressured or that they were making recommendations that weren’t really an issues, as I’ve experienced in the past. They r the only place for us to go now! Thanks guys!

Long story short: My tire blew out on the freeway and I needed 4 new tires (thanks Honda Non-Warranty Dept). Anyways, it was a completely unexpected expense and I was so bummed. Tony was literally the best person I could’ve run into after a terrible morning. He did his best to explain to me what I needed, was able to get my car in and out even though I walked in midday on a Friday and he helped me save a bit. Even better, he was so patient and kind as he let me vent about my frustration over the dealership. I plan on taking both our cars there for future needs!
