Headed from Tucson to Flagstaff and developed a massive vibration in the front end... stop in and they saw me right away and found a bad tire in the driver's front. Balanced others and rotated in the spare and we were back in the road in less than an hour. Big thanks to this awesome crew.

What a great, quick, inexpensive experience. I had to bring my set of 6 tires in, in two separate runs (unable to move the vehicle, at the moment). Tyler got me squeezed in my first round. Then when I returned for the second round, he saw me pull in, had a tech out at the truck before I even got out. Amazing service! Very fast! And, easy on the wallet. Thank you Tyler!

I got a flat tire on the highway driving from Phoenix to Sedona with a rental car. I stopped in here to get the tire replaced, and the customer service / quality of work was top notch. Tyler S specifically was one of the most helpful people I have interreacted with. This turned around my vacation, which was not off to a great start with the flat tire. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

While travel through phoenix az. I had a tire vibration. They took me right away and found the issue. And resolved quickly. I can’t say enough about how professional and courteous they were. " Tyler turned me away as a paying customer when asked if payment could be made over the phone. I thought that was strange so I personally called another store on carefree highway and asked if they could accept payment over the phone to which they said that shouldn't be a problem. Stay away from this store and " Tyler, " they are truly unprofessional, blatantly rude, and incompetent.boys

Spoke with Chaz on the phone about a service appointment for my Chevy Silverado. Chaz asked me to come in, and he'd be available to make appointment for me to do a tire rotation while I waited. Other service centers are booked out for days for a tire rotation. Excellent customer service, excellent communication, and was great to interact with the staff that was pleasant and enthusiastic about helping customers. Thanks guys! 5*

Always good.. If not the best place to get tires. The one in Anthem I particularly like a the staff always treats you very welll no matter how you are presenting your self. usually when I walk into a place little dirty from working on my truck or eve around my property I get looked at like and so much as even treated like I dot belong but I get same service weather I come in like that or if I roll up in 80000 ride with a suit on. Results aren't typical in that area. Trust me. 5 stars
