I'm so close to changing parmacy's because they keep you on hold for literally 32 minutes.

The website says that 16 and over can get their Covid booster without a Parent there. Both of my daughters were able to get theirs while I was at work. They would not let my son. I understand there is liability issues, but it needs to be changed on the website if it is up to each pharmacists discretion.

My insurance has forced me to go to this CVS pharmacy for the last year it is absolutely the worst CVS I have ever been to. The drive-thru is constantly closed, when you call you are left on hold for 20 to 30 minutes and although the pharmacist Bill Maldonado is very friendly, there never seemed to be enough staff working behind the desk and it seems to take forever to get prescriptions. Further when I call in, as I just did it tells me my prescription won't be ready for 36 hours and there used to be an option to push a button if you need it sooner. It no longer allows you to do that. I cannot even tell you how much I hate having to go to this CVS

Not sure how CVS is the business, especially after having to do business with this particular pharmacy, and here's why: Never fully stocked with standard medicine for common problems, always shorts, getting hold of pharmacist over the phone is a thing of the past, and oh, drive-through has also become a thing of the past. When asked why guys don't get your drive-through system fixed, it's not broken; we don't have staff, so we put a sign “out of order” really? This has been the state going on for the last three months. CVS will be out for of business at the rate they are doing business. Sad!

Waited several days only to be told I should have just used a different Pharmacy to fill my prescription. I have two other prescriptions that say were filled in my app but the pharmacy said they have no idea and have not received these prescriptions.

Worst experience ever! Needed to purchase a decongestant which is sold at the pharmacy. Waited patiently behind a gentleman who was being helped. Once she was done with him she walked away abruptly, I assumed there was someone else waiting before me somewhere else. She didn’t come back over until there was another gentleman waiting behind me. She tilted her head looked around me and asked that man if he was waiting for the pharmacy. Completely ignoring me. Once she was done helping him I told her I was actually waiting to be helped as well however I was taking my business elsewhere. She looked shocked but didn’t say anything. No apology, nothing. I will never return to CVS again!

I use this pharmacy very frequently due to several medical issues and a lot of medication. Wait time is typically minimal for both the drive thru and store. When picking up medication the staff is cordial enough but they typically all seem unhappy and stressed. One BIG issue as one other reviewer mentioned, Is I have also had several instances where they say they submitted a refill to my Dr. and the Dr. never received it. This Has happened more than several times causing critical delays in getting vital medication on time. So now I do my refills through my Dr’s healthcare portal because I can’t trust CVS to do it. They need to look into this issue and fix it.

Worst experience ever. Dropping off the prescription took forever, no one smiles, says have a nice day, kiss my butt. nothing. When I went to pick up the the prescription the experience was no different. There was literally a car in the driveway sitting there for 20 minutes cars backed up in the drive thru and no one waiting on her. I went inside the pharmacy to pick up my prescription there were 4 people behind the counter and not 1 person could look up and say "I'll be with you in a moment". Part of their job is customer service, however CVS forgot this during job training.
