Michelle did an amazing job extremely quickly! I walked in with a mop on my head and walked out with the picture you see below. I am extremely happy that she happen to be working. Ask for Michelle! I’m giving this place 1 star because the customer service was wonky. It seemed like the employees were unhappy. It showed on their faces that they were annoyed. It was busy so I understand, but you can’t show that you’re buckled under pressure. Once you break, it represents your work. My daughters hair was cut, and it came out so uneven. The person that cut her hair I won’t name, but their station was messy, and not properly cleaned in between clients. Hair was swept, and then a blow dryer to blow away excess hair, but other people’s hair was still on the combs and scissors. I won’t be going back there again, you’re better off paying a higher price at an actual salon. At least you get the results you want paying the extra money. This was not the Anthem location great clips, it was the Dove Valley location that we went to.

Used the on line app to register for the appt, and was notified via text how long of a wait I had. Very cool. My son (18) got a really good cut there, and the best part is I had a coupon for $8.99! Will definitely be back!

I'm a big fan of Great Clips. I really like their mobile app which let's me see wait times at all their local branches and then check in on the app when I'm ready. Then I know about when to arrive :) I'm also a fan of their ability to maintain notes in the system on my hair cut preferences that I learn along the way. The ladies that have cut my hair have been pleasant to talk to and have done a good job. They have even been accommodating when I bring one or more of my children who want to be near me during my haircut.

I have had my hair cut at the Great Clips in Anthem for about 12 years now and I will not be going back!!! I went in with my son this morning and all the 2 ladies did was complain about the customers and had really bad attitudes. This is not the first time I have experienced this here at this location. I am going to the Great Clips in Dove Valley from now on, they seem to know what customer service is and I have had my haircut here a few times and it was a pleasurable experience.

Gordana gave me an excellent haircut again! I have long hair that reaches towards the middle of my back. Her method for cutting layers maximizes the overall length but keeps it swishy and light. It always looks really healthy and full when she is done. I also sign up online before arriving and don’t have to wait long. I’m really happy with the result.
