Excellent condition of the store for a holiday weekend. Shopped around 330p-4pm and it was busy yet we were able to get what we needed and checkout without any issues. Ron P. (attendant at self checkout) greeted us as we entered the self checkout area. He was very friendly and helpful! He let us know which self checkout scanner was available. He noticed our big water bundle and he politely informed us he would assist us in scanning the bulk item to avoid having to lift it. As we left he also thanked us and wished us a pleasant day! May we also add that he greeted all of his customers and helped them with any questions they had. He was prompt to any service calls. Awesome job Ron!

Produce was better than other local Meijer. However only TWO cashiers working on an early Friday afternoon! Unacceptable. Finally had to attempt to a larger self check out alone, because of the ridiculously long wait.

Always my go to store. Just tried the pick up service. It's alright, I was unable to shop for myself for a few weeks, so I'm greatful this service is available. I prefer to pick my own fruits and vegetables. They didn't do a good job with that. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Bottle room is consistently closed at this location. Pharmacy takes more than 24 hours to fill scripts on life saving medication. Consistently has less product in stock or fresh than other Meijers. Leaves dead fish in a bag to rot in the pet section. I only ever have these issues at Lake Lansing. They need to step up their game

Lake Lansing Meijer is huge. Lots of variety. Unfortunately had a few surprises at checkout. No prices on items or stock with wrong shelf tag But workers were friendly and helpful more so than at some other stores.

I would post a -0 if it was optional. Cashier service sucks.. Do not go-to Cashier Bibis' line. She was so rude to me. She overcharged me for 1 box of trash bags. She scanned mine twice and scanned the customers behind me. She was told by 3 people they were on sale for $5.99 and that's all I should have been charged for plus tax. She wanted me to pay $18.53.. Again as she is yelling at me. I told her no I should only be charged the $5.99 plus tax. I tried to explain she scanned my 1 box twice and the customers behind me which means she scanned the trash bags 3 times. She just continued to yell at me. I told the bagger lady to please call the manager. Bibi said the bagger couldn't call the manager only she can and refused. A worker a few isles down heard the cashier verbally fighting with me and she came and tried to tell the cashier Bibi to step aside and be quiet, she again refused. So she called the manager to come because of her verbally fighting with me. They said they were voided off. Finally after a half hr dealing with this the manager went a head and charged me for 1 box of trash bags at $5.99 with tax. I received my receipt and it clearly showed 2@$5.99 for trash bags all she had to do is void the 2 off and the correct price would have shown. No she wanted to raise her voice and yell at me for her own mistake. I took the receipt and showed the bagger lady and the other worker that came to help. She greatly apologized over and over. All I know is Bibi should not work in any kind of customer service. I hope she gets recommended for her actions and rudeness..

This store in East Lansing is awful every time I come in Tuesdays. First of all, I visited again today, and it's the 6th time that the bottle return was closed. I went inside to see if the customer service desk would take my bottles and cans and was told no. Again, this was the 6th time I'm tried to return them HERE at THIS SPECIFIC store. I NEVER have this issue at any other stores near me! I have to far to get to this city too every Tuesday. I'd much rather just get all I need to get done right here but CAN NEVER DO THAT. Secondly, I can never find anything I need and it's always the same stuff. There needs to be a bigger clearance section and better prices. The plants always look diseased as well. Also, I kept trying to scan things today to check the prices and none of them worked. I had to walk a long ways just to find one that did work!! I HATE coming here!! It's always difficult, and I feel done.

Best and cleanest Meijer in the Tri-County area, hands down. Nice employees, awesome, fresh produce. Convenient, good parking... we've been coming to the Lake Lansing Meijer for 20 years, there's a reason for that.

Great prices and selection. Only complaint is that the store feels like it is laid out poorly. The produce stands are offset at angles, which creates a lot of cross-traffic congestion. Other areas of the store have similar problems. The signs that say what is in each aisle don't include important items, e.g. "spices" are not listed in the baking aisle sign.
