Yesterday, I placed a pick up with the pickup time being between 8 and 9PM. As I checked in at 9PM exactly, I received a phone call from the department. The customer service rep said it was after 9PM and the department was now closed. I corrected him and said it was 9 exactly. There was a good 30 seconds of silence (I asked if he was still there - no response) before he replied that it was 9:01PM now, then he wished me a good night and hung up. Savage. Rude. Unacceptable.

Disappointed they were out of my Hungry Man original fried chicken dinners again. Last 4 times they have been out of them and the Jimmy Dean bacon breakfast bowl but had every other kind. This is a clean, well taken care of store. This is the Kroger I am most comfortable shopping at. Very bummed out they discontinued selling Mounds bars at checkout and no 6 packs although they still have snack size. This Kroger is right across from Meijers on Lake Lansing rd so it's convenient hit both while shopping.

Eff Kroger, they're pricier than Meijer and Meijer stays out of politics, they lost my business for sure. Go Woke, Go Broke!!

Ordered pickup 7 hours in advance. Only 5 items. Took them over 30 minutes to bring it out to my car after I had checked in. I arrived 12 minutes after it said it was ready….would have been faster to just go in myself. Ridiculous. There were only two other pickups while I was waiting, so it’s not like they were overly busy

Location: 1550 W Lake Lansing Rd. (West of Meijer). Large store. Aisles somewhat narrow. Abt two shopping carts wide. Smaller selection of many products than nearby Meijer. Still adequate. Easy to park and get in and out quickly. Very friendly help.

Great store but bottle return is closed or in maintenance is closed almost every time I go. It's not the few dollars I care about. It's wasting my time. Can I opt out of paying the deposit?

This has got to be the worst Kroger out there. Three times in the last 6 weeks I’ve gone in where the deli was “closed early” over 90 minutes before they’re supposed to close. The staff lost keys to different cases so I could not get items that they had there.

I love Kroger! My favorite store for many decades! Many Cities/Many States! If There is a Kroger nearby wherever I may be that is always my first choice!

Customer service will not help...only send generic information....after being a customer for many years I can not get mail coupons on a new card that I needed to get because my other rewards card was stolen...they have pushed me out has a customer...I have not gotten mail coupons for a year and they tell me to keep shopping and I will get some maybe....nice very nice ....using other store now.

This is by far the best Kroger in the city. Almost always has its shelves stocked well, is clean, and for the most part the employees at checkout are nice and friendly. What is don't like is the awkward traffic flow in and out of the store, specially with the 2 entrances. It just feels awkward to me.
