I've been using this branch for a while now. I find them very helpful, friendly, courteous. They have helped me with some large transactions involving the purchase of my home here. They always treat me well and have been very helpful. It's a great in store branch. Very convenient.

Who ever the old hag is that worked at 400pm Friday July 2 needs some better customer service training. Just because I had a check over 6 Grand that needed to be cashed doesn't give you the right or entitlement to be rude to me. Us bank just lost a customer with a big check over a employee that doesn't know what manner are or what good quality customer service means. Old hag needs not to have a tone and needs better customer service training.

0 stars worst banking experience ever! They decided to close my card without informing me for no reason. But to tell me its because I used my card for purchases!

I've been banking here for the last 11 years and couldn't be happier. friendly, helpful staff that always remember your name! I like the fact they're open 7 days a week; they make banking simple.

Refused a deposit that was in my name because it was "too large". Will NEVER return. Was able to deposit at another branch with a notice of hold on funds. Until the 17th.

The staff are always friendly and HELPFUL...after the loss of a family member they assisted in helping with accounts and continue to do so. Have been a customer since the branch opened. Cannot imagine going back to impersonal banking.....

Horrible customer service horrible bank won't even let you cash a check. Staff here loves to play the blame Game they won't even try to figure out a problem with you're account not to mention trying to get a cashiers check from them is insane they will over draft the account 6 times to try and make 1 check, they are taking advantage of the older community here and is not right I see it every time I go forcing them to open a new account of some sort for Ludacris reasons. This branch is not a 5 star us bank
