Located on the edge of town in front of Kohls. I do not personally bank here, but do make frequent visits as this is where my house payment is made at each month. The staff are always very friendly and professional and courteous. They offer assistance in English and in Spanish which is great for this area! The inside is very sleek and clean. They do offer cash checking and other services for non members when most other banks do not, so another reason I love this place. I keep saying I am going to open an account but I never seem to have the time when I do stop in. They are always quick to help too. I'm in out within a matter of minutes. They are a credit union as well as a bank so they offer a variety of services and low interest loans to there members, which is one reason I want an account with them.

Yes I see why Wells Fargo only has a 2.8 they have very poor customer service and that is why I am glad I don't bank with them.

These people are scam artist,my brother stole my wallet and took all my money out my account the claims specialist refused to help me even with a police report etc now I don't have my rent money,I will take this to news 3 etc

Worst Service here because the Managers stand around talking instead of helping customers. They do have time to say "Thank you for waiting, we're short staffed" as they scurry away talking to each other. They even turned an elderly man away because "he didn't have an appointment" to set up online banking! It takes like 5 mins to help him. He even said to one of them that they just helped him the other day without needing an appointment with something else and the WF Rep said " Did I help you?" He said Yes! SUCH BAD SERVICE THEY DONT EVEN REMEMBER THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I’m always in and out.. The staff is very friendly. The other location I don’t like because the lady at the door is so rude. By the time I reach a teller I’m mad and I just want to leave. Lol..

Absolutely horrible to my 80 year old father when he went to them to get a loan. Would not return calls , made excuses and strung him along for a month. Can't believe it comes down to me, 3 States away ,having to call branch manager. Time to look into filing complaints with the CFPB, Federal Consumer Complaint department and seeing if the FOS will hear their case. Elderly discrimination at its finest. Stay far away from this lender.
